تعلن الخطوط الجوية القطرية (Qatar Airways) عن فرصة شاغرة في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، لوظيفة مسؤول عمليات الشحن الجوي (Cargo Freighter Operations Officer) ضمن فريق عمليات الشحن.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيتولى المرشح الإشراف على فريق عمليات الشحن الجوي لضمان سير العمليات التشغيلية للشحن المتعلقة بطائرات الشحن الجوي بسلاسة. تشمل المسؤوليات التنسيق الوثيق مع وكلاء المناولة الأرضية (GHA) والموظفين في المحطات، ومراقبة الالتزام باللوائح الصادرة عن السلطات المحلية والهيئات التنظيمية، وضمان الامتثال الصارم للوائح الاتحاد الدولي للنقل الجوي (IATA) لتحقيق حركة فعالة للشحنات الواردة والصادرة مع تقليل التكاليف التشغيلية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان سير الوظائف التشغيلية للشحن المتعلقة بطائرات الشحن الجوي بسلاسة.
- التأكد من بناء جميع وحدات تحميل الشحن (ULD) بأمان، وأن وكيل المناولة الأرضية (GHA) على دراية بمعايير الخطوط القطرية ويلتزم بها، مع فرض الإشراف الشخصي على جميع منصات الشحن في رحلات الشحن الجوي.
- ضمان التنسيق السلس بين المبيعات ووكيل المناولة الأرضية، بما في ذلك أولويات الحجز وتعليمات بيان الحمولة (FBL) الواضحة، ومعالجة الشحنات الخاصة بشكل صحيح، وإرسال التنبيهات المسبقة.
- ضمان تعظيم الحمولة التجارية للرحلة كأولوية قصوى، ثم تجنب تحميل مخاليط غير ضرورية إلى المحور.
- فهم الواجهة التشغيلية مع المحور وحل المشكلات قبل المغادرة إلى المحور.

- تنفيذ ووضع ومراقبة إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOP) واتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA) مع وكلاء المناولة الأرضية في المنطقة لضمان عمليات شحن سلسة.
- تقليل التناقضات وعدم المطابقة لخفض المطالبات والعقوبات في المحطة المعنية وزيادة رضا العملاء وتقليل مسؤولية الناقل.
- الإشراف على أنشطة عمليات الشحن الإجمالية المتعلقة برحلات الركاب في المحطة المعنية.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع سياسات وإجراءات وضوابط السلامة والأمن والجودة والبيئة ذات الصلة عبر العمليات لضمان سلامة الموظفين والامتثال التشريعي وتقديم خدمة عالية الجودة مع موقف بيئي مسؤول.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها مع خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الطيران أو الشحن الجوي.
- معرفة بعمليات الشحن الجوي (إلزامي).
- معرفة بأنظمة البضائع الخطرة، ولوائح الحيوانات الحية، والبضائع القابلة للتلف.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً.

Duties And Accountabilities
- Ensure smooth running of cargo operational functions relating to freighter operations.
- Ensure all ULDs are built safely and GHA is aware of QR standards and adhering to them. Personal oversight of all freighter pallets must be enforced on all freighter flights.
- Ensure smooth interface from Sales to GHA including booking priorities, clear FBL instruction and priorities are given to GHAs, special cargoes are handled correctly, pre-alerts sent.
- Ensure flight load is commercially maximised as a priority. Secondly, is to then ensure no unnecessary mix loading is sent to the hub.
- Understand the operational interface with the hub and ensure problems are resolved prior to departure to the hub.
- Directing staff and GHA to contribute highest level of service standard and optimum utilization of space and available payload by co-coordinating with Ground Handling Agents and inter departments.
- Maintain the freighter on time performance and ensure no delays occur due to ground operations.
- Implement, establish and monitor standard operating procedures (SOP) and Service level agreements (SLA) with the GHA’s in the region to ensure smooth cargo operations in the region.
- Ensure discrepancies and non-conformances are minimized in order to reduce claims and penalties at the respective station to increase customer satisfaction and reduce carrier liability.
- Supervise overall cargo operations activities related to passenger flights operating at concerned station.
- Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, security, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the operation to assure employee safety, security, legislative compliance and delivery of high quality service with a responsible environmental attitude.

Qualification
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of airline or airfreight experience.
- Knowledge in air cargo operations is a must
- Knowledge in dangerous goods, live animal regulations and perishable cargo.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
