تعلن شركة سانتكتشور لحلول البرمجيات الصحية عن توفر وظيفة مدير مشروع في مكة جدة السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تنفيذ مشاريع الرعاية الصحية وإدارة دورة الإيرادات (Revenue Cycle Management - RCM) من البداية إلى النهاية، وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد وفي النطاق والميزانية المتفق عليها وفقاً لمعايير الجودة والحوكمة.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والعملاء لتنفيذ ودمج حلول سانتكتشور مع أنظمة السجلات الطبية الإلكترونية (EMR) والتطبيقات الصحية الأخرى، وترجمة المتطلبات السريرية والتقنية إلى مخرجات قابلة للتنفيذ.
- تطوير وصيانة خطط المشروع والجداول الزمنية وسجلات المخاطر والمشكلات وتقارير الحوكمة، مع الإدارة الاستباقية للمخاطر والتبعيات وطلبات التغيير.
- أن تكون نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية للعملاء طوال دورة حياة المشروع، وبناء علاقات قوية مع الرعاة التنفيذيين وقادة تقنية المعلومات وأصحاب المصلحة السريريين والفرق التشغيلية.
- العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق إدارة المنتج والتطوير والهندسة لضمان تلبية الحلول لمتطلبات العملاء ودعم أفضل الممارسات الصحية وتحقيق فوائد تشغيلية ومالية قابلة للقياس.
- إعداد وصيانة وثائق المشروع: ميثاق المشروع، خطط التنفيذ، محاضر الاجتماعات، تقارير الحالة، سجلات المخاطر، وضمان التواصل الواضح مع جميع الأطراف المعنية.
- تنسيق فرق متعددة التخصصات (استشارات، تنفيذ، تطوير، ضمان الجودة، دعم) لضمان التعاون الفعال وحل المشكلات في الوقت المناسب.
- تحديد فرص تحسين منهجيات تسليم المشروع وعمليات التنفيذ وتجربة العميل، والمساهمة بخبرات الرعاية الصحية وRCM في تطوير منتجات وخدمات سانتكتشور.
- الإشراف الشامل على تنفيذ ودمج حلول سانتكتشور مع أنظمة EMR والتطبيقات الصحية الأخرى، بالتنسيق مع الفرق التقنية لضمان التسليم الناجح.
- قيادة وإرشاد وتوجيه أعضاء فريق المشروع والشركاء الخارجيين، وتعزيز المساءلة والتعاون والأداء العالي طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة دراسات عليا في هندسة البرمجيات أو المعلوماتية الصحية أو نظم المعلومات أو إدارة المشاريع أو مجال ذي صلة، أو خبرة مهنية معادلة.
- يفضل بشدة الحصول على شهادة PMP (Project Management Professional).
- تعتبر الشهادات المهنية الإضافية في مجال الرعاية الصحية أو إدارة دورة الإيرادات (RCM) أو تقنية المعلومات الصحية ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة استشارات إدارية أو تقنية معلومات صحية أو تحول رقمي.

- Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget, and in accordance with agreed quality standards.
- Healthcare & EMR Implementation Leadership: Coordinate the successful implementation and integration of Santechture solutions with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other healthcare applications, ensuring business, clinical, and technical requirements are effectively translated into project deliverables.
- Project Planning & Governance: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, issue logs, and governance reports while proactively managing project risks, dependencies, and change requests.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, building strong relationships with executive sponsors, IT leaders, clinical stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Business & Solution Coordination: Work closely with product management, implementation, engineering, and business teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements, support healthcare best practices, and deliver measurable operational and financial benefits.
- Documentation & Communication: Prepare and maintain project charters, implementation plans, meeting minutes, status reports, risk logs, and other project documentation, ensuring clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:
A] Professional Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Software Engineering, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Additional professional certifications relevant to healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), project management, or health information technology will be considered an advantage.
- B] Technical Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably within a management consulting, healthcare IT, or digital transformation environment.
- Advanced working knowledge of cloud-based solutions, Software as a Service (SaaS), and enterprise healthcare applications is highly desirable.
- EMR implementation experience: Proven track record of successfully managing multiple healthcare software implementation and integration projects involving Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and related healthcare applications.
- Experience working in a structured, corporate environment with formal governance, executive stakeholder engagement, performance metrics, and project reporting.
- Strong understanding of software implementation and delivery lifecycles, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams comprising business, clinical, implementation, and technical resources.
- Deep understanding of healthcare operations and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and industry best practices is essential.
