Job Description

Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, responsible for overseeing the maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure their readiness and operational efficiency, reduce breakdowns and downtime, and extend the equipment's operational lifespan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Supervise the maintenance team, assign tasks, and monitor performance
• Track equipment failures, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure machinery and equipment readiness while minimizing downtime
• Manage spare parts inventory and monitor maintenance costs
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure operational continuity
• Prepare maintenance reports and performance indicators, and propose improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and approved regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machinery and equipment maintenance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
