MISOGI Partners، بالتعاون مع منصة رائدة في تطوير البنية التحتية والاستثمار في المملكة العربية السعودية، تبحث عن مدير مالي أول (Senior Finance Manager) للعمل في المقر الرئيسي بمدينة الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة إعداد وتوحيد البيانات المالية وفقاً لمعايير IFRS و GAAP.
- الإشراف على فريق التقارير المالية وامتلاك زمام الضوابط الداخلية.
- إدارة عملية التدقيق الخارجي بصفته جهة الاتصال الرئيسية.
- تقديم رؤى مالية استراتيجية للإدارة التنفيذية والجهات التنظيمية والمستثمرين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عاماً في المجال المالي مع تركيز قوي على التقارير المالية في بيئة متعددة الجنسيات.
- شهادة CPA أو ACCA أو CIMA (إلزامية) مع معرفة شاملة بمعايير IFRS و GAAP.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة فرق المالية، ويُفضل جداً خبرة في Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 أو D365.
- خبرة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (GCC) إلزامية.

🎯 What You'll Own:
Leading the preparation and consolidation of IFRS and GAAP financial statements, spearheading the financial reporting team, owning internal controls, managing the external audit process as primary liaison, and delivering strategic financial insights to executive management, regulators and investors.
For this requirement, we are specifically looking for finance professionals with:
🔹 12+ yrs in finance with a strong financial reporting focus in a multinational environment
🔹 CPA, ACCA or CIMA (mandatory) with comprehensive IFRS and GAAP knowledge
🔹 Proven leadership of finance teams, with Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 or D365 highly desirable
*GCC experience is a must
