About the Role

We are looking for talented, results-driven Product Specialists to join our growing commercial team. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing assigned territories, promoting the relevant product portfolio, supporting healthcare professionals, and achieving sales and activity targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute the assigned call plan & territory coverage schedule through regular visits.

• Build & maintain strong professional relationships with HCPs and other key stakeholders.

• Planning & prioritizing customer engagements based on opportunity status & demand.

• Develop sales opportunities by arranging meetings, product demonstrations, evaluations and follow-up activities plus Generate and qualify new sales leads.

• Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations highlighting product features, applications and clinical value.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and agreed follow-up actions.

• Track and analyze sales performance, customer requirements, and market trends.

• Comply with company policies, ethical standards, HCPs requirements and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Saudi Nationality (Male / Female).

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical or Scientific discipline, Biomedical Eng. or another relevant field.

• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in medical device sales.

• Previous experience in Urology, Endoscopy is strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, scientific concepts, and medical device sales cycle.

• Strong selling, negotiation, presentation, relationship-building, and communication skills.

• Ability to communicate scientific and technical product information effectively to HCPs.

• Strong analytical, reporting, planning, and follow-up skills.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and commercially oriented.

• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
