We’re Hiring: Customer Care Representative

Location: Madinah

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond professionally to customer inquiries across all communication channels.
• Handle complaints and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Follow up on customer requests until they are fully resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to address customer needs.
• Collect customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare periodic reports on customer inquiries and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer care or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Arabic with a good command of English.
• Previous experience in the real estate sector is preferred.
• Candidates must be based in Madinah or willing to relocate.
