Key Responsibilities (General):

Project Delivery & Execution

• Contribute to the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of construction projects within approved scope, budget, and schedule.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Identify and resolve project challenges, risks, and bottlenecks to maintain progress.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, Saudi Building Code (SBC), and applicable international standards.
• Adhere to HSE policies, safety regulations, and environmental requirements at all times.
• Support QA/QC processes, inspections, testing, and documentation activities.
• Comply with authority requirements, permits, and construction regulations.

Communication & Coordination

• Maintain clear and effective communication with project teams, management, clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Attend project meetings, coordination sessions, and progress reviews.
• Prepare and submit reports, documentation, and deliverables as required.

Professional Development

• Continuously develop technical knowledge, industry expertise, and professional competencies.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and team capability building.

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (as applicable to the role).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory for all positions.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
• Relevant years of experience in building construction, infrastructure, or related projects (varies by position and seniority level).
• Active membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is required for all engineering positions.
• Professional certifications relevant to the discipline are preferred (PMP, CIPS, NEBOSH, CQI, SHRM, CMA, etc.).
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems (AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, MS Project, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
• Experience with large-scale commercial, residential, mixed-use, or data center construction projects is preferred.
