Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Odoo Implementer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Odoo ERP system across various departments, ensuring a seamless and efficient digital workflow tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and requirements to design effective Odoo-based solutions.
• Customize and configure Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.).
• Conduct system setup, installation, and deployment.
• Migrate existing data into Odoo from legacy systems.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure system compatibility and efficiency.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions or workarounds.
• Work closely with developers for advanced customizations.
• Document technical specifications and user guides.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Implementer or Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules and architecture.
• Experience in business process analysis and ERP implementation.
• Familiarity with basic Python and XML.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Odoo certification is an advantage.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Linux, and APIs is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
