طيران الرياض، الناقل الوطني الجديد ومقره في العاصمة السعودية، يسعى لقيادة صناعة الطيران وتحويل المملكة إلى مركز عالمي للطيران والتجارة. نحن نبحث عن مهندس مقصورة (المستوى الأول) للانضمام إلى فريقنا في منطقة الرياض، للإشراف على التميز في صيانة المقصورة وضمان أعلى معايير المظهر الجوي لتجربة سفر عالمية المستوى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على فريق من الفنيين في أداء مهام صيانة المقصورة لأساطيل طيران الرياض (Boeing 787 GEnx, A321 وغيرها)، مع ضمان الالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة والتنفيذ الفعال.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش والتصديق على مهام الصيانة المجدولة وغير المجدولة، مع ضمان تصحيح العيوب في الوقت المناسب للحفاظ على جاهزية الطائرات.
- إنجاز جميع مهام الصيانة الموكلة في الوقت المحدد لتحسين أداء الطائرات في المواعيد.
- ضمان إكمال سجلات الصيانة الفنية للمقصورة، ووثائق الصيانة، وبطاقات العمل، وحزم العمل، وتسليم المناطق بدقة ضمن الأطر الزمنية المحددة.
- الحفاظ على معايير عالية من النظافة والتنظيم في مناطق العمل المخصصة لتعزيز بيئة آمنة ومنظمة.
- ضمان توافق جميع أنشطة الامتثال مع سياسات السلطة وإجراءات الشركة للحفاظ على معايير السلامة والجودة.
- تعزيز ثقافة الإبلاغ العادل عبر الإبلاغ عن جميع الحوادث والوقائع في نظام إدارة السلامة.
- تحديد المشكلات الفنية وإبلاغ مدير صيانة خط المقصورة بها لتمكين الحل السريع.
- دعم المدير في الأنشطة اليومية وإظهار القيادة والخبرة الفنية، والنيابة عنه بفعالية أثناء فترات الغياب.
- المساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر ومبادئ اللين لتعزيز كفاءة الصيانة.
- تدريب وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق الفني الجدد لأداء مهام الصيانة بكفاءة وأمان.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة دبلوم في إدارة الطيران أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- رخصة صيانة طائرات سارية المفعول: GACA A/P أو FAA A/P أو EASA B1 أو أي رخصة ذات صلة.
- حد أدنى 6 سنوات من الخبرة في بيئة صيانة خط المقصورة، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل على طائرات Boeing B787 GEnx أو A321.
- تصنيف نوعي (Type Rating) من المستوى II/III على Boeing 787 GEnx أو Airbus 321.

About The Role
Are you passionate about leading cabin maintenance excellence and ensuring the highest standards of aircraft appearance for world-class passenger experiences?
You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of cabin & appearance maintenance activities for the Boeing 787 GEnx, A321, and other aircraft fleets, ensuring that scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks are performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Leading a team of technicians, you'll maintain high standards of aircraft performance, minimize downtime, and contribute to the overall operational efficiency of the airline.
In this role, you will supervise a team of technicians performing maintenance on Riyadh Air's fleets ensuring adherence to safety protocols and efficient task execution, conduct inspections and certify both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks ensuring timely rectification of defects to maintain aircraft serviceability, and complete all assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner optimizing aircraft on-time performance.
You can expect to ensure accurate completion of aircraft cabin technical logbooks, maintenance documentation, job cards, work packages, and zonal handovers within prescribed timescales, maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness within assigned work areas promoting a safe and organized environment, and ensure all compliance activities align with authority policies and company procedures to maintain safety and quality standards.
You'll promote a just culture by reporting all incidents and occurrences in the Safety Management System, identify and report technical issues to the Cabin Line Maintenance Manager enabling prompt resolution, support the manager in daily activities showcasing leadership and technical expertise while effectively deputizing during periods of absence, support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean principles to enhance overall maintenance efficiency, and coach and train new technical team members to perform maintenance tasks competently and safely.

About You
Diploma's degree in aviation management, engineering, or a related field with a valid GACA A/P, FAA A/P, EASA B1, or another relevant Aircraft Maintenance License, you will demonstrate a minimum of 6 years of experience in cabin line maintenance environment with at least 3 years of experience on Boeing B787 GEnx or A321 aircraft, along with Boeing 787 GEnx Type Rating Level II/III or Airbus 321 type rating.
You are expected to possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail essential for conducting inspections and certifying maintenance tasks, with excellent analytical thinking and project management skills. You will bring strong interpersonal skills with the ability to supervise and coach technical teams effectively, along with a highly elevated level of professionalism and strong work ethic in a fast-paced operational environment.
