نبحث عن Chief of Staff للعمل مباشرة مع المدير التنفيذي لشركة استثمارية في البنية التحتية، مقرها جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة الأولويات الاستراتيجية للمدير التنفيذي وضمان التركيز والمتابعة والمواءمة عبر المؤسسة.
- تحضير المدير التنفيذي للاجتماعات الرئيسية وجلسات مجلس الإدارة واللقاءات الخارجية من خلال إحاطة دقيقة وتأطير وتلخيص.
- العمل كطبقة ربط بين الأقسام الداخلية للشركة - بما في ذلك الاستثمارات والمالية والمخاطر وعلاقات المستثمرين والاتصالات - وضمان تدفق المعلومات بين المدير التنفيذي وجميع الأطراف المعنية.
- هيكلة المسائل المعقدة والغامضة في أطر واضحة تسهل اتخاذ القرارات التنفيذية.
- تجميع المدخلات من الجهات المعنية المختلفة وفرق العمل في مخرجات موجزة وقابلة للتنفيذ.
- إدارة العلاقات مع شركاء الخدمات المهنية الخارجيين بما في ذلك مستشاري الاستراتيجية وبنوك الاستثمار والمستشارين القانونيين وشركات الاتصالات.
- دعم جهود علاقات المستثمرين والاتصالات العامة حسب الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة تتراوح بين 6 و15 سنة مع أساس قوي في استشارات الاستراتيجية (يفضل خبرة في الشركات الكبرى الاستشارية و Big 4).
- خبرة في الاندماجات والاستحواذات (M&A) من خلال الاستشارات أو الأعمال المصرفية أو الاستثمار المباشر تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- الإلمام بقطاع الموانئ أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو البنية التحتية يُفضل.
- إجادة اللغة العربية تُعتبر ميزة قوية، ويُشجع بشدة التقديم من المواطنين السعوديين.
- درجة البكالوريوس مطلوبة، ويفضل درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال (MBA) أو ما يعادلها.

- Context > We are looking for an exceptionally capable Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of Company's strategic and operational activity. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted extension of the CEO - managing the strategic agenda, connecting dots across the organization, structuring complex problems, and driving special projects to completion. This role is suited for a Senior associate or Junior Manager-level professional with a Top Tier Strategy Consulting background who is ready to operate in a fast-moving holding company environment, engage with board-level stakeholders, and take ownership of issues that cut across every part of the business
- Tasks/Responsibilities > Own and manage the CEO's strategic priorities, ensuring focus, follow-through, and alignment across the organization; Prepare the CEO for key meetings, board sessions, and external engagements through rigorous briefing, framing, and synthesis; Act as a connective layer across Company's internal departments - including investments, finance, risk, IR, and communications; Ensure alignment of priorities and information flow between the CEO and all relevant internal and external parties; Structure ambiguous, complex problems into clear frameworks that facilitate executive decision-making; Synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders and workstreams into concise, actionable outputs; Manage relationships with external professional services partners including strategy consultants, investment banks, legal advisors, and communications firms; Support investor relations and public communications efforts as required; Lead discrete, high-priority workstreams on behalf of the CEO or top management from scoping through to delivery; Support M&A processes including deal sourcing coordination, due diligence workstreams, and transaction management; Drive company transformation initiatives, working across functions to ensure strategic change lands effectively
- Requisites > 6-15 years of experience, with a strong foundation in Strategy Consulting (top-tier and Big 4 firm experience preferred); Experience in M&A, whether through consulting, banking, or a principal investing context, is a strong plus; Familiarity with Ports, Logistics, or Infrastructure sectors is preferred; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus > Saudi nationals are strongly encouraged to apply; Bachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; able to quickly absorb complex information, identify what matters, and produce clear, structured outputs; brings rigor and clarity to ambiguous problems without losing sight of the practical outcome; comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment where priorities shift and versatility is essential
