تعلن ملكية للاستثمار (Mulkia Investment)، شركة خدمات مالية سعودية مدرجة ومرخصة من هيئة السوق المالية، ومقرها الرياض، عن توفر وظيفة مدير مشارك - استشارات مصرفية استثمارية (Associate Director - Investment Banking Advisory).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقود المدير المشارك تنفيذ الصفقات وإدارة العملاء ضمن ممارسة الاستشارات في الرياض. سيكون نقطة الاتصال اليومية الرئيسية للعملاء الإقليميين، وإدارة فرق الصفقات، والإشراف على إنشاء جميع النماذج المالية والمواد التسويقية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ الصفقات: قيادة صفقات الاندماج والاستحواذ (M&A)، وزيادة رأس المال، أو الاستشارات المؤسسية بدءًا من التفويض وحتى الإغلاق.
- إدارة العملاء: الحفاظ على العلاقات مع كبار المسؤولين التنفيذيين في الشركات ومستثمري الأسهم الخاصة وتعميقها.
- قيادة الفريق: توجيه وإدارة ومراجعة أعمال الزملاء والمحللين، وضمان مراقبة الجودة المثلى.
- مواد الصفقات: الإشراف على هيكلة عروض العروض التقديمية (pitch books) ومذكرات المعلومات السرية (CIMs) والعروض التقديمية للإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في الاستشارات المصرفية الاستثمارية أو ضمن فرق الصفقات/الاستشارات الانتقالية في الشركات الأربع الكبرى (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG).
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو الاقتصاد أو مجال تحليلي. يشكل ماجستير إدارة الأعمال (MBA) أو شهادة المحلل المالي المعتمد (CFA) ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان هيكلة الصفقات (transaction structuring).
- إتقان منهجيات التقييم المعقدة (complex valuation methodologies).
- مهارات التفاوض مع العملاء.

The Role
The Associate Director (AD) leads deal execution and client management within our Riyadh-based advisory practice. You will act as the primary day-to-day contact for regional clients, manage transaction teams, and oversee the creation of all financial models and marketing materials.
Core Responsibilities:
Deal Execution: Lead M&A, capital raising, or corporate advisory transactions from mandate to close.
Client Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with corporate executives and Private Equity investors.
Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and review the work of Associates and Analysts, ensuring flawless quality control.
Transaction Materials: Oversee the structure of pitch books, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), and management presentations.
Who You Are:
Experience: 6+ years in Investment Banking Advisory or a Big 4 Deals / Transaction Advisory team (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or an analytical field. An MBA or CFA designation is a major plus.
Skills: Mastery of transaction structuring, complex valuation methodologies, and client negotiation.
