تعلن مجموعة Talentara Consulting Group، وهي شركة استشارية رائدة في دبي تعمل مع شركات ناشئة ومؤسسات في الخليج وعالمياً، عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة عضو فريق تقني للفعاليات (Events Technical Team Member) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية، لدعم تخطيط وتقديم فعاليات عالية الجودة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
هذا الدور بدوام كامل وحضوري في الدمام، حيث سيدعم تخطيط وتقديم فعاليات عالية الجودة لمجموعة Talentara وعملائها. تشمل المهام إعداد وتشغيل وصيانة معدات الصوت والصورة والإضاءة، وضمان سير العناصر التقنية بسلاسة قبل وأثناء وبعد الفعاليات، بالإضافة إلى التنسيق مع المخططين والموردين وإجراء الاختبارات وإدارة العمليات التقنية الحية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التنسيق مع مخططي الفعاليات والموردين
- إجراء اختبارات المعدات واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها
- إدارة العمليات التقنية أثناء الفعاليات المباشرة
- المساعدة في إعداد المسرح والانتقالات
- صيانة وجرد المعدات والتوثيق
- الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والامتثال
- دعم التحسين المستمر لعمليات إنتاج الفعاليات
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة ذات صلة في إنتاج الفعاليات أو الأدوار التقنية الصوتية والمرئية أو الدعم الفني للمؤتمرات أو الفعاليات المؤسسية (مفيدة)
- دبلوم أو درجة في إدارة الفعاليات أو تكنولوجيا الإعلام أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة (مفيد)
- الاستعداد للعمل في المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع عند الحاجة
المهارات المطلوبة
- إعداد وتشغيل الأنظمة الصوتية والمرئية (أنظمة الصوت، أجهزة العرض، الشاشات، الميكروفونات)
- تكوين الإضاءة وإعداد المسرح والتركيبات الأساسية للفعاليات الصغيرة والمتوسطة
- استكشاف الأخطاء التقنية وصيانة المعدات والالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والامتثال
- التنسيق والتواصل مع منظمي الفعاليات والعملاء والموردين الخارجيين
- إدارة الوقت والتنظيم والعمل بفعالية في بيئات الفعاليات المباشرة سريعة الوتيرة

Role Description The Events Technical Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam, supporting the planning and delivery of high-quality events for Talentara Group and its clients. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio, visual, and lighting equipment, ensuring all technical elements run smoothly before, during, and after events. Daily tasks include coordinating with event planners and vendors, conducting equipment tests and troubleshooting, managing live event technical operations, and assisting with stage setups and transitions. The team member also helps maintain inventory and documentation of equipment, adheres to safety and compliance standards, and supports continuous improvement of event production processes.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in audio-visual setup and operation, including sound systems, projectors, displays, and microphones.
- Candidates should possess skills in lighting configuration, stage setup, and basic rigging for small to medium-sized events.
- Candidates should possess skills in technical troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety and compliance procedures.
- Candidates should possess skills in coordination and communication with event organizers, clients, and external vendors.
- Candidates should possess skills in time management, organization, and working effectively in fast-paced, live-event environments.
- Relevant experience in event production, AV technical roles, or technical support for conferences or corporate events is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in event management, media technology, engineering, or a related field is beneficial, along with willingness to work evenings and weekends when required.
