تعلن شركة ICMS Group - International Construction & Manufacturing Services، وهي شركة رائدة في المقاولات الصناعية المتعددة التخصصات في المملكة العربية السعودية، عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة مهندس ميكانيكي في المنطقة الشرقية، الجبيل. ستعمل في بيئة النفط والغاز لضمان الموثوقية والسلامة والأداء الأمثل لجميع الأصول الميكانيكية والمعدات الدوارة ومرافق المصنع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة وتوجيه وإرشاد فريق صيانة متعدد التخصصات مع تقديم التوجيه التقني الواضح وتوزيع المهام اليومية.
  • ضمان أقصى وقت تشغيل وموثوقية للعمليات والأصول الميكانيكية الحيوية.
  • تشخيص وفحص والإشراف على عمليات الإصلاح الشامل للمعدات الدوارة الحيوية (المضخات، الضواغط، التوربينات، وعلب التروس).
  • الإشراف على عمليات الورش اليومية بما في ذلك التشغيل الميكانيكي وسير العمل المتعلق بالإصلاحات وإدارة الأدوات.
  • الإشراف على أعمال التصنيع الهيكلي واللحام والتعديلات وفقًا للمعايير الهندسية.
  • إدارة صيانة مرافق المصنع بما يشمل شبكات السباكة المتقدمة والدهانات الصناعية والبناء والإصلاحات المدنية العامة.
  • فرض معايير السلامة الصارمة في قطاع النفط والغاز (HSE) وضمان استخدام تحليلات سلامة الوظائف (JSA) وتصاريح العمل الصحيحة.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لسجلات الصيانة وتاريخ المعدات ومخزون قطع الغيار.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في عمليات صيانة النفط والغاز حصراً.
  • سجل مثبت في الإشراف على فرق الصيانة وتوجيههم تقنياً.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • معرفة عميقة بالمعدات الدوارة إلى جانب خبرة إشرافية عملية في أعمال التصنيع والسباكة والبناء والدهان.

Position Overview

The Mechanical Engineer ensures the continuous reliability, safety, and optimal performance of all critical mechanical assets, rotating equipment, and plant facilities. This role combines advanced technical engineering leadership with hands-on facility maintenance supervision. The ideal candidate will guide a multidisciplinary team, execute rigorous preventative maintenance schedules, and manage workshops, fabrication, and civil works within an oil and gas environment.
