Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based at Maria Center in Al Khobar. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, review medical histories, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, delivering manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, supervising rehabilitation programs, and educating patients and families on home exercise routines, injury prevention, and safe movement practices. The Physiotherapist will document assessments and progress notes accurately, collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment, using equipment responsibly, and participating in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

• Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and respect for diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Comfort with using clinical software or electronic health record systems and basic computer literacy.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training, professional development, and quality improvement activities.
• Previous clinical experience in rehabilitation center or outpatient setting is beneficial.
