Gleeds تعلن عن فرصة وظيفية في الرياض لمسمى Associate Director MRICS في مجال إدارة التكاليف قبل التعاقد (Pre contract Quantity Surveying) لمشاريع المباني والتطوير العقاري.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمات إدارة التكاليف قبل التعاقد من التصميم المبدئي حتى التصميم التفصيلي
- إدارة المهام لتقديم خدمات ومخرجات عالية الجودة وفقًا لإجراءات Gleeds
- التفاعل الإيجابي مع العملاء وتطوير العلاقات والحفاظ عليها
- إعداد تقديرات التكاليف (Cost Planning و Estimating)
- إجراء دراسات القيمة الهندسية (Value Engineering)
- إعداد كميات الأعمال (Bills of Quantities)
- تقديم المشورة وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المشتريات
- إعداد وثائق المناقصة وإدارة عملية المناقصة بما في ذلك تصميم أنظمة تقييم العطاءات
- إعداد وتقديم التقارير للعملاء
- إبلاغ المدراء فورًا بأي مشاكل ظهرت أو قد تظهر في المشاريع
الشروط والمتطلبات
- حاصل على الزمالة المهنية MRICS أو ما يعادلها
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة بعد التخرج في جميع جوانب المساحة الكمية (Quantity Surveying)
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المملكة العربية السعودية
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إحدى كبرى شركات استشارات المساحة الكمية
- خبرة في مشاريع المباني والتطويرات متعددة الاستخدامات الكبرى
- معرفة عملية باستراتيجيات المشتريات الإنشائية بما في ذلك المناقصات وطرق التعاقد
- درجة البكالوريوس في المساحة الكمية (Quantity Surveying)
- مهارات تواصل واضحة وفعالة - شفهيًا وكتابيًا
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى اللغة الأم
- إجادة اللغة العربية (ميزة إضافية)
- إقامة قابلة للتحويل (Transferable Iqama)

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Delivering pre contract cost management services from concept design through detailed design
- Managing commissions to deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the Gleeds procedures.
- Positively engaging with Clients and developing, growing and maintaining Client relationships
- Cost Planning, Estimating
- Value Engineering
- Bills of Quantities
- Advising on and implementing procurement strategies.
- Preparing tender documentation and managing the tender process, including designing tender marking schemes.
- Producing and presenting reports to Clients.
- Advising Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or that might arise, on projects
- Who we’re looking for:
- MRICS Chartered
- Expert knowledge and practical experience of pre contract cost management
- 15+ years post graduate experience in all aspects of quantity surveying
- 3+ years’ experience in Saudi Arabia
- 3+ years’ experience with a top QS consultancy organisation
- Experience of building projects and major mixed use developments
- Practical knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.
- Clear and effective communication skills - both oral and written
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- MRICS or equivalent chartered status
- Native English level written and oral skills
- Arabic desirable
- Transferable Iqama
