We are looking for an experienced and proactive Security & Safety Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh.

Requirements:

·       Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Security, Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.

·       Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in security and safety supervision.

·       Strong knowledge of security procedures, safety requirements, emergency response, and risk assessment.

·       Experience in supervising security and safety teams and monitoring site compliance.

·       Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

·       Good command of English is preferred.

·       Candidates currently residing in Riyadh are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Supervise and monitor security and safety operations.

·       Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable safety regulations.

·       Conduct regular safety and security inspections and risk assessments.

·       Monitor emergency preparedness, fire safety, and incident response procedures.

·       Investigate incidents and prepare required reports.

·       Supervise security and safety personnel and ensure proper performance.

·       Coordinate with management, clients, contractors, and relevant authorities when required.
