Role Overview:

The Senior Specialist - IT QMS will support IT quality management, governance, process improvement, compliance, reporting and quality excellence across the Technology & Digital Transformation portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT Quality Management System (ITQMS) initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards.
• Analyze processes, identify gaps and implement improvements across SDLC/STLC and ITSM processes.
• Collect, analyze and visualize quality data to track KPIs, trends and overall quality performance.
• Develop quality dashboards and executive-level PowerPoint reports to support management decision-making.
• Plan and conduct internal quality audits, manage non-conformities, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with IT business, governance and quality teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Quality Management, IT Governance, ITSM or a closely related area.
• Strong knowledge of ITQMS frameworks and standards, including ISO 9001, CMMI, TMMi and ITIL.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience in Power BI / Excel and development of quality dashboards and reports.
• Excellent PowerPoint presentation and executive reporting skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Professional certifications such as CQM/CQE, ISO Lead Auditor or ITIL are an advantage
