شركة Pinnacle Solutions (إحدى شركات Akima) تبحث عن فني مجموعة الحركة (Powertrain Technician) للعمل في تبوك، المملكة العربية السعودية، للعمل على طائرات CH-47.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة على مستوى الوحدات لأنظمة مجموعة الحركة والدوار للطائرات.
- فك وتركيب أعمدة مجموعة الحركة، وأجزاء التكيف لناقل الحركة، ومحور الدوار الدوار، والخزانات.
- فك ممتصات الاحتكاك ومجموعات التعليق.
- فك وإصلاح وإعادة تركيب وضبط وموازنة ومحاذاة مكونات وأنظمة مجموعة الحركة والدوار بما في ذلك مجموعات رأس الدوار الأمامي والخلفي وفقًا للتوجيهات.
- تطبيق إجراءات منع التآكل.
- تنظيف وحفظ وتخزين مكونات مجموعة الحركة والدوار.
- استخدام المعدات الأرضية المساعدة والأدوات العامة والخاصة وصيانتها في موقع التشغيل.
- صيانة مرافق تخزين المواد القابلة للإرجاع والخطرة.
- طلب وصيانة مخزون الورشة والبنش لإصلاح أنظمة مجموعة الحركة والدوار.
- إعداد طلبات إعادة قطع الغيار وإصلاح مكونات مجموعة الحركة والدوار.
- استخدام أدوات القياس العامة اللازمة لأداء المهام المذكورة، وأدوات القياس الدقيقة ومعدات المحاذاة.
- مساعدة العميل في طلب وصيانة مخزون الورشة والبنش لإصلاح أنظمة مجموعة الحركة.
- استخدام وصيانة الأدوات العامة والخاصة ومعدات الدعم الأرضي ومعدات دعم توليد الطاقة في موقع التشغيل.
- ضمان تخطيط وتنسيق وتكامل ومزامنة أنشطة وإجراءات مجموعة الحركة بين المنظمات المحددة لتحقيق معدلات الجاهزية التشغيلية المحددة وفقًا للمتطلبات التعاقدية.
- وضع أهداف وأولويات وجداول يومية لصيانة مجموعة الحركة لتحقيق معدلات الجاهزية المذكورة.
- الإشراف على إدارة الصيانة اليومية لمجموعة الحركة للطائرات المخصصة فرديًا بالتعاون مع قائد الصيانة وخدمات اللوجستيات لقطع الغيار ذات الصلة.
- العمل ضمن عمليات ومعايير ضبط الجودة للصيانة.
- توجيه الاستفسارات والتحقيقات وتحليل الأبحاث المتعلقة بصيانة مجموعة الحركة والأنشطة الداعمة إلى قائد الصيانة.
- تنسيق الأنشطة والمتطلبات لدعم عمليات الصيانة مع قائد الصيانة.
- دعم عمليات وإجراءات فريق استعادة الطائرات المتعطلة (DART) بالتنسيق مع قائد الصيانة ومدير البرنامج.
- إدخال البيانات ومراجعة وتحديث نماذج وسجلات صيانة الطائرات.
- تقديم التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT) والتوجيه والإرشاد لموظفي القوات الجوية الملكية السعودية في جميع مهام مجموعة الحركة حسب الحاجة.
- ضمان إجراء جميع عمليات الصيانة ذات الصلة بطريقة آمنة.
- أي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من قبل قائد الصيانة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات كميكانيكي مجموعة حركة للطائرات.
- إكمال دورة تدريبية في مجموعة الحركة بنجاح من القوات المسلحة الأمريكية أو ما يعادلها من القطاع المدني.
- إجادة استخدام الأدلة الفنية التفاعلية المحوسبة، ونماذج صيانة الطائرات أو نظام إدارة صيانة طيران مشابه، ووثائق الطيران الأخرى.
- مهارات تواصل مهنية شفهية وكتابية وشخصية.
- القدرة على التواصل مع العميل بشكل مهني ومهذب.
- حمل رخصة قيادة سارية صادرة من ولاية أمريكية أو حكومة أمريكية.
- اجتياز الفحص الطبي للانتشار الخارجي بنجاح بعد التوظيف.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- يجب أن يكون المتقدم مواطنًا أمريكيًا.
المهارات المطلوبة
- التدريب العسكري في المدارس المتخصصة (يفضل).
- درجة الزمالة (يفضل).
- شهادة NDI المستوى الثاني أو أعلى (يفضل).

Responsibilities
- Performs unit-level maintenance on aircraft power train and rotor systems.
- Removes and replaces power train quills, transmissions adapting parts, rotary wing hub and tanks.
- Disassembles friction dampers and hanger assemblies.
- Disassembles repairs, reassembles, adjusts, balances and aligns power train and rotor components, systems and subsystems to include forward and aft rotor head assemblies according to directives.
- Applies corrosion preventative procedures.
- Cleans, preserves, and stores power train and rotor components.
- Uses and performs operator maintenance on ground support equipment, common and special tools.
- Maintains facilities for storage of returnable and hazardous materials.
- Requisitions and maintains shop and bench stock for repair of aircraft power train and rotor systems and subsystems.
- Prepares requests for turn-in and repair parts for power train and rotor components.
- Uses common measuring tools necessary for performing the tasks described herein, precision measuring tools and alignment fixtures.
- Assists customer in the requisition and maintenance of shop and bench stock items for repair of aircraft powertrain systems.
- Uses and performs operator maintenance on common and special tools, AGSE and PGSE.
- Ensures that aircraft powertrain activities and procedures among designated organizations are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness (OR) rates IAW contractual requirements.
- Establishes daily powertrain maintenance operational goals, objectives and priorities for implementation in-order to achieve stated OR rates.
- Oversees the daily powertrain maintenance management of individually assigned aircraft in support of the Maintenance Lead, in conjunction with Aviation Logistics for related platform parts and spares.
- Works within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
- Directs inquires, investigations, and research analysis related to powertrain maintenance of the aircraft and supporting maintenance activities to the Maintenance Lead.
- Coordinates activities and requirements for maintenance operations support with the Maintenance Lead.
- In coordination with the PC and Maintenance Lead, supports the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) processes and procedures.
- Enters data, reviews, and updates aircraft maintenance forms and records.
- Provides On-the-Job Training (OJT), coaching, and mentoring to RSLFAC personnel in all aspects of aircraft powertrain tasks as necessary.
- Ensures that all related maintenance operations are conducted in a safe manner.
- Other tasks as directed by the Maintenance Lead.
- Eight (8) years’ experience years as an aircraft powertrain mechanic.
- Successfully completed and qualified by the appropriate U.S. Government armed forces Powertrain course or civilian equivalent training.
- Proficient in the use of computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms or similar aviation maintenance. management system, and other aircraft-related documentation.
- Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner.
- Possess a valid state or Government-issued driver’s license.
- Successfully pass an overseas deployment physical upon hire.
- HS diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Military school trained.
- Associate's degree preferred.
- NDI Level II or higher preferred.
