يسر شركة DHL Global Forwarding، إحدى شركات مجموعة DHL الرائدة في مجال الشحن الجوي والبحري والبري، أن تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مخلص جمركي (Custom Clearance Broker) في منطقة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل على دعم تطوير وإدارة خطط وإجراءات الامتثال الجمركي لتسهيل تخليص مستندات الشحن عبر الجهات الجمركية المختصة، وتقديم الإرشاد للعملاء حول أنظمة الجمارك بما يتوافق مع استراتيجية الشركة وأهدافها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم إدارة خطط وعمليات الامتثال الجمركي لتسهيل استيراد وتصدير وشحن المواد والمعدات والمنتجات والحزم والمستندات عبر الحدود الدولية بشكل آمن وفعال من حيث التكلفة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- تنفيذ أنشطة الوساطة الجمركية مثل إعداد وحفظ سجلات الشحن، وإعداد سندات الشحن (bills of lading)، وإجراء الحسابات المختلفة بما في ذلك الرسوم الجمركية والتعريفات وتحويلات الأسعار والأوزان والأحجام.
- تقديم خدمات الاستيراد والتصدير المتعلقة بالجمارك لشحنات TBO و NTBO.
- تصنيف البضائع بناءً على المعلومات المقدمة من العملاء.
- مراجعة العناصر المشحونة وتواريخ صلاحية الشحن والخصومات والرسوم/التعريفات في المؤسسات الحكومية.
- تحديد والحصول على المستندات المطلوبة للحصول على التصاريح والتراخيص والشهادات اللازمة للتخليص الجمركي.
- القيام بأعمال توثيق الشحن اليومي، والتصريحات الجمركية، وغيرها من المستندات المطلوبة بما في ذلك التعديلات بعد التخليص وفقًا للوائح والإجراءات الداخلية.
- معالجة وتوزيع وأرشفة جميع المستندات المطلوبة في منطقة الشحن.
- إجراء الحجوزات وتحسينها وفقًا للإرشادات الداخلية التي تحددها فرق المنتجات.
- إصدار فواتير للعملاء مقابل الخدمات، وفحص الفواتير ومستندات الشحن لضمان الامتثال للوائح الفيدرالية.
- التنسيق مع المكاتب الخارجية للتحقق من معلومات الشحن.
- التواصل مع الجهات الخارجية مثل السلطات الجمركية أو وكلاء الشحن للتحقق من متطلبات الجمارك وتحديد تكاليف وأوقات الشحن النهائية.
- تحديد المشكلات المتكررة وحلها، واقتراح تعديلات على أساليب العمل الجمركي بهدف زيادة الفعالية والكفاءة والتحكم في التكاليف.
- تقديم التوجيه الوظيفي أو النصيحة أو التدريب للموظفين الأقل خبرة عند الحاجة.
- تقديم المشورة للعملاء حول المسائل القانونية (مثل الامتثال التجاري للشحنات إلى الدول الخاضعة للعقوبات) والمسائل الجمركية.
- التأثير على الآخرين ضمن نطاق الوظيفة من خلال شرح الحقائق والسياسات والممارسات.
- دعم والتفاعل بشكل أساسي مع زملاء الوظيفة نفسها.
- بناء العلاقات وفهم اهتمامات العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.
- معالجة القضايا المتعلقة بالمهام بشكل مناسب للحفاظ على علاقات العمل.

In this Custom Clearance Broker position
- Support administration of customs and trade compliance plans and processes to facilitate the timely, secure and cost-effective import, export and shipment of materials, equipment, products, packages, and documents across international borders
- Implement customs brokerage activities such as preparing and maintaining shipping records, preparing bills of lading and various perform computations including duties, tariffs, price conversions, weights and volumes
- Provide customs related import/ export services to TBO and NTBO transports
- Conduct classification of goods based on information provided by the customers
- Review shipped items, shipping validity dates and debits and duties/ tariffs at government institutions
- Identify, obtain and collate documents required for obtaining permits, licenses, and certificates for customs clearance
- Perform daily shipment documentation work, customs declarations and other required documents including post clearance modifications according to regulations and internal procedures
- Process, handle, distribute and archive all required documents in the shipping area
- Perform booking and booking optimization according to internal guidelines as defined by product team
- Raise bills to customers for services, examine invoices and shipping documents to ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Co-ordinate with overseas office to check and verify shipment information
- Communicate with external organizations such as customs authorities or shipping agents to verify customs requirements and finalize shipping costs and times
- Identify and resolve recurring issues, and suggest modifications for customs work methods focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency, and controlling costs
- May provide functional guidance, advice or training to less experienced positions
- Advice customers on legal (e.g. trade compliance - shipments to sanctioned countries) and customs topics
- May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices
- Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own function
- Build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns
- Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships
- Individual contributor without direct responsibility for leading others
Education Level
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
