تعلن شركة Fortil، مجموعة استشارية دولية رائدة في الهندسة والتكنولوجيا، عن توفر وظيفة مهندس تجهيزات (Outfitting Engineer) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية. ستنضم إلى فرقنا الفنية للمساهمة في مشاريع التجهيزات ودمج الأنظمة في بيئات بناء السفن.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على أعمال تصنيع وتركيب أنظمة الأنابيب ومكونات تجهيزات الهيكل وأعمال العزل ودعمها.
- تطبيق المعرفة الفنية في ثني الأنابيب وتقنيات اللحام للأنابيب والاختبارات غير التدميرية (NDT) ومعالجة الأنابيب.
- مراقبة وتنفيذ خطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs) والتفتيش الذاتي وخطط الجودة بما يتوافق مع متطلبات العميل وهيئات التصنيف.
- ضمان الالتزام الصارم بالمعايير الدولية مثل ISO 9001 وISO 3834 وISO 45001.
- التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج ومراقبة الجودة وضمانها (QA/QC) والصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) لدعم ممارسات السلامة والوقاية من المخاطر (مستوى ORP - متوسط).
- المساهمة في الإشراف على تحضير الأسطح والدهان (الشهادات في هذا المجال ميزة إضافية).
- تفسير ومراجعة الرسومات الفنية والنماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد باستخدام أدوات مثل FORAN.
- إدارة الوثائق والتقارير عبر SAP وأدوات Microsoft Office (Excel، Word).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية في الهندسة البحرية أو الهندسة الفنية البحرية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مشاريع بناء السفن، خاصة في مجالات الأنابيب والتجهيزات والعزل.
- الإلمام بلوائح هيئات التصنيف (مثل DNV، Bureau Veritas، Lloyd’s).
- إجادة استخدام FORAN وSAP وأدوات المكتب الأساسية.
- مستوى اللغة الإنجليزية B2 كحد أدنى (المستوى المتقدم مفضل).
- الشهادات الإضافية في المعالجة السطحية أو الدهان تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- الدقة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات في بيئات ديناميكية.
- عقلية حل المشكلات، والاستقلالية، والقيادة الفنية.

Your Job Responsibilities
As part of the development of our activities in the Naval and Offshore sectors, we are looking for an
to join our technical teams, contributing to outfitting and systems integration projects in shipbuilding environments.
Reporting to the Project Technical Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervise and support the fabrication and installation of piping systems, hull outfitting components, and insulation works
- Apply technical knowledge of pipe bending, welding techniques for piping, non-destructive testing (NDT), and pipe treatment
- Monitor and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), self-inspections, and quality plans in compliance with client and classification society requirements
- Ensure strict adherence to international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 3834, and ISO 45001
- Collaborate with production, QA/QC, and HSE teams to support safety and risk prevention practices (ORP - intermediate level)
- Contribute to surface preparation and painting supervision (certifications in this area are a plus)
- Interpret and review technical drawings and 3D models using tools like FORAN
- Manage documentation and reports through SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)
- Degree in Naval Architecture or Technical Naval Engineering
- Minimum of4 years of experience in shipbuilding projects, specifically in piping, outfitting, and insulation
- Familiarity with classification society regulations (e.g., DNV, Bureau Veritas, Lloyd’s)
- Proficiency in FORAN, SAP, and standard office tools
- English level B2 minimum (advanced level preferred)
- Additional certifications in surface treatment or painting are a strong advantage
