Khosh Fkra Media (KFM) تبحث عن مندوب مبيعات مبتدئ (Jr. Sales Executive) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية (عن بُعد). تأسست KFM عام 2020 وتضم فريقًا يزيد عن 70 موظفًا، وتصل إلى أكثر من 12 مليون شخص شهريًا عبر دول الخليج، وتنتج محتوى قصير مؤثر لعلامات تجارية رائدة في قطاعات مثل المالية والسيارات والضيافة والأطعمة والمشروبات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- البحث وتحديد العملاء المحتملين في أسواق دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي
- استهداف مناطق وصناعات محددة لبناء قوائم العملاء المحتملين
- التواصل مع العملاء المحتملين عبر المكالمات والبريد الإلكتروني ولينكد إن
- تأهيل العملاء المحتملين وحجز اجتماعات لفريق المبيعات
- الحفاظ على تنظيم بيانات العملاء وتحديثها في أدوات CRM
- دعم الفريق في إعداد العروض التقديمية والمقترحات
- تتبع التقدم والمساهمة في التقارير الأسبوعية
- العمل عن كثب مع فريق تعاوني عبر الحدود
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خريج حديث أو خبرة تصل إلى سنة واحدة
- مهارات تواصل قوية (الإنجليزية مطلوبة، والعربية ميزة إضافية)
- واثق، استباقي، وراغب في التعلم
- منظم ويهتم بالتفاصيل
- مرتاح للعمل عن بُعد وبشكل مستقل
- معرفة أساسية في المبيعات أو التسويق أو الأعمال (ميزة إضافية)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Research and identify potential clients across GCC markets
- Target specific regions and industries to build lead lists
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team
- Keep lead data organized and updated in CRM tools
- Support the team with proposals and presentations
- Track your progress and contribute to weekly reports
- Work closely with a collaborative, cross-border team
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
- Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
- Confident, proactive, and willing to learn
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business is a plus
