شركة Kafou Group تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس موقع للطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية (Solar PV Site Engineer) في منطقة مكة وجدة، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية ومسوحات وجمع المعلومات الفنية اللازمة.
- مراجعة مخططات PV المعتمدة، المخططات أحادية الخط (SLDs)، الرسومات الكهربائية، مسارات الكابلات، أوراق بيانات المعدات والوثائق الفنية ذات الصلة قبل التنفيذ.
- تنسيق الأنشطة اليومية في الموقع مع المشرفين والفنيين والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين وفريق المشروع.
- الإشراف على أنشطة تركيب أنظمة PV الشمسية ومراقبة الامتثال للرسومات المعتمدة ومواصفات المشروع.
- مراقبة تركيب الألواح الشمسية، هياكل التثبيت، العاكسات، الكابلات، اللوحات الكهربائية، أنظمة المراقبة والمعدات المرتبطة.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش ميدانية وتحديد مشكلات التركيب أو الأعمال التي تتطلب إجراءات تصحيحية.
- الإبلاغ عن المشكلات الفنية، القيود الميدانية والانحرافات إلى مدير المشروع أو المدير المباشر.
- التنسيق مع فريق التصميم بخصوص ظروف الموقع أو التعديلات الفنية المطلوبة.
- التحقق من المواد المستلمة مقابل جداول المواد المعتمدة والإبلاغ عن أي اختلافات.
- دعم إعداد وتنسيق طلبات التفتيش.
- المشاركة في أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل الأولي لنظام PV الشمسي.
- المساعدة في الاختبارات الكهربائية، الاختبارات الوظيفية، تشغيل العاكسات والتحقق من أداء النظام.
- مراقبة تقدم الموقع وإعداد تحديثات منتظمة عن التقدم وتقارير الموقع.
- الحفاظ على وثائق الموقع بما في ذلك: التقارير اليومية/الموقعية، سجلات التركيب، سجلات التفتيش، سجلات الاختبار والتشغيل، صور التقدم، الرسومات المصححة (Redline)، معلومات 'كما تم البناء' (As-built).
- دعم إعداد رسومات 'كما تم البناء'، وثائق التشغيل والصيانة، سجلات الاختبار ووثائق تسليم المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مشاريع الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية أو المشاريع الصناعية.
- يفضل أن يكون حاصلاً على شهادة معتمد من SEC كمثبت أو مصمم.
- خلفية تقنية قوية.
- معرفة جيدة بفهم تقارير أنظمة PV (PVsyst، Helioscope، STAAD Pro).
- خبرة في البناء والتشغيل والمراقبة لمحطات PV.
- معرفة قوية بتقييم السلامة والمخاطر.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (مطلوب).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات جيدة في الكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية لإعداد تقارير شاملة، بالإضافة إلى مهارات التواصل الشفهي.
- مهارات فنية وتحليلية وحل المشكلات جيدة.
- معرفة جيدة ببرامج Microsoft Office (Project، Word، PowerPoint، Excel) مطلوبة لأداء المهام.

Purpose: The solar Pv Site Engineer shall support the execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and technical coordination of Solar PV systems at project sites. The Engineer will ensure that site activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, applicable international standards, Saudi regulations, SEC requirements, and project requirements.

- Conduct site visits and surveys and collect required technical information.
- Review approved PV layouts, SLDs, electrical drawings, cable routes, equipment datasheets, and relevant technical documents before execution.
- Coordinate daily site activities with supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.
- Supervise Solar PV installation activities and monitor compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor installation of PV modules, mounting structures, inverters, cables, electrical panels, monitoring systems, and associated equipment.
- Perform site inspections and identify installation or workmanship issues requiring corrective action.
- Report technical issues, site constraints, and deviations to the Project Manager or direct manager.
- Coordinate with the design team regarding site conditions or required technical modifications.
- Verify delivered materials against approved material submittals and report any discrepancies.
- Support preparation and coordination of inspection requests.
- Participate in testing and commissioning activities for the Solar PV system.
- Assist with electrical testing, functional testing, inverter commissioning, and system performance verification.
- Monitor site progress and prepare regular progress updates and site reports.
- Maintain site documentation, including: Daily/site reports, Installation records, Inspection records, Testing and commissioning records, Progress photographs, Redline drawings, As-built information
- Support the preparation of as-built drawings, O&M documentation, testing records, and project handover documents.
- Follow applicable HSE requirements and immediately report unsafe conditions or practices.
- Coordinate technical matters with suppliers and manufacturers when required.
- Maintain good communication with the project team and other relevant parties.
- Perform other Solar PV site engineering tasks assigned by the direct manager.
- BSc, degree in Electrical or a related discipline.
- 1+ years’ experience in Solar PV/Industrial projects
- Preferred qualifications include being a SEC Certified Installer or Designer.
- Strong technical background.
- Good knowledge at understanding PV Systems reports (PVsyst, Helioscope, and STAAD Pro)
- Have experience in construction, operation, and Monitoring of PV plant.
- Strong knowledge of Safety and Risk assessment.
- Fluency in English required
- Good English writing skills to make comprehensive reports also verbal communication skills.
- Good Technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good Knowledge of MS office (Project, Word & PPT, Excel) is required to carry out the job
