نبذة عن الوظيفة
يدعم مدير الإقليمي - التحفيز العصبي الاستراتيجية الإقليمية والتنسيق التشغيلي لأنشطة LivaNova للتحفيز العصبي في المنطقة المخصصة. يركز الدور على الذكاء التسويقي الإقليمي، تنسيق الموزعين، دعم التخطيط الاستراتيجي، والتحليل الداخلي للأعمال المتعلقة بتقنيات القلب والرئة. يعمل ضمن المقر الإقليمي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تطوير الاستراتيجيات الإقليمية بجمع وتحليل معلومات السوق المتعلقة بتقنيات التحفيز العصبي.
- مراقبة التطورات في السوق الإقليمي، اتجاهات الرعاية الصحية، وأنشطة المنافسين.
- جمع بيانات السوق المجمعة والرؤى من الموزعين عبر المنطقة.
- إعداد تقارير استخبارات السوق وعروض تقديمية للقيادة الإقليمية.
- العمل كنقطة تنسيق بين القيادة الإقليمية لـ LivaNova والموزعين المعتمدين.
- تسهيل التواصل بين الموزعين وفرق LivaNova الداخلية.
- دعم توافق الموزعين مع الأولويات الاستراتيجية الإقليمية.
- ضمان اطلاع الموزعين على تحديثات المنتجات والمعلومات الفنية والمبادرات الإقليمية.
- تنسيق المناقشات الداخلية المتعلقة بملاحظات الموزعين ورؤى السوق.
- المساعدة في إعداد مدخلات التخطيط التجاري الإقليمي.
- تحليل مؤشرات أداء المنطقة واتجاهات السوق.
- تقديم توصيات للإدارة حول الفرص والمخاطر الإقليمية.
- تنسيق الأنشطة المعلوماتية المتعلقة بالمؤتمرات والبرامج التعليمية والمبادرات العلمية.
- دعم الفرق الداخلية في تخطيط الأحداث والمبادرات الإقليمية.
- ضمان توافق الأنشطة مع إرشادات الامتثال والأخلاقيات المعمول بها.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم عميق لسوق الأجهزة الطبية للقلب والرئة.
- القدرة على تحليل اتجاهات السوق والبيانات الاستراتيجية.
- مهارات تواصل قوية وتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- القدرة على إعداد تقارير تحليلية وعروض تقديمية واضحة.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة مشاريع قوية.
- إجادة احترافية للغة الإنجليزية (العربية مفضلة).

The Regional Territory Manager - Neuromodulation supports the regional strategy and operational coordination of LivaNova Neuromodulation activities across the assigned region.
The role focuses on regional marketing intelligence, distributor coordination, strategic planning support, and internal business analysis relating to LivaNova cardiopulmonary technologies.
The position operates within the Regional Headquarters (RHQ)
Key Responsibilities
Regional Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights
Support the development of regional strategies by collecting and analyzing market intelligence relating to Neuromodulation technologies. Responsibilities include:
Act as a coordination point between LivaNova regional leadership and authorized distributors. Responsibilities include:
Support regional planning processes by contributing insights and analysis relating to assigned markets. Responsibilities include:
Support coordination of regional marketing and scientific programs relating to cardiopulmonary technologies. Responsibilities include:

- collecting aggregated market data and insights from distributors across the region
- supporting internal regional strategy discussions with data-driven analysis
- preparing market intelligence reports and presentations for regional leadership
Act as a coordination point between LivaNova regional leadership and authorized distributors. Responsibilities include:
- facilitating communication between distributors and internal LivaNova teams
- supporting alignment of distributors with regional strategic priorities
- ensuring distributor awareness of product updates, technical information, and regional initiatives
- coordinating internal discussions relating to distributor feedback and market insights
Support regional planning processes by contributing insights and analysis relating to assigned markets. Responsibilities include:
- assisting in the preparation of regional business planning inputs
- supporting internal discussions relating to market expansion strategies
- analyzing territory performance indicators and market trends
- providing recommendations to management regarding regional opportunities and risks
Support coordination of regional marketing and scientific programs relating to cardiopulmonary technologies. Responsibilities include:
- coordinating informational activities relating to conferences, educational programs, and scientific initiatives
- supporting internal teams in planning regional events and initiatives
- ensuring activities align with applicable compliance and ethical guidelines
Candidate must have:
- strong understanding of the cardiopulmonary medical device market
- ability to analyze market trends and strategic data
- strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- ability to prepare clear analytical reports and presentations
- strong organizational and project management skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- Arabic preferred
