RECEPTIONIST

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a dental clinic or healthcare setting.

Knowledge of appointment scheduling systems and Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.

Ability to handle patients with empathy and provide excellent customer service.

Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Ability to organize records and manage files accurately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet patients and provide a positive first impression.

Manage appointments and organize schedules efficiently.

Answer calls and handle inquiries professionally.

Maintain patient records and update files.

Explain procedures, policies, and payment options.

Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information.
