Job Title: Collection Specialist
Job Description :
We are seeking a Collection Specialist to support collection activities, follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments, and ensure compliance with customer protection principles, collection policies, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Read and understand Customer Protection Principles, Collection Management Policy, and customer collection regulations and procedures in accordance with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) policies.
- Follow up with customers and collect outstanding and overdue debts to achieve the required monthly target.
- Cover and achieve the required daily target for following up with delinquent and defaulting customers based on Collection Management directives.
- Receive customer inquiries related to collections and provide appropriate responses.
- Adhere to and comply with the instructions and directions of the direct manager and Unit Head within the scope of the Collection Unit.
Qualifications & Experience :
- 2-5 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.
- Diploma degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve assigned targets.
- Basic knowledge of collection procedures and customer handling practices.
