Role Description The Keeper role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Keeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety standards across designated waste handling and storage areas, including indoor and outdoor facilities. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring waste containers and storage units, ensuring proper segregation and labeling, assisting with basic sorting activities, and reporting any spills, hazards, or equipment issues to supervisors. The Keeper helps ensure that waste is handled in compliance with company procedures and environmental regulations, supports inventory checks of cleaning and safety materials, and collaborates with operations staff to facilitate efficient waste movement and recycling activities. The role may also involve routine documentation of activities, adherence to health and safety protocols, and coordination with team members and site management to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow waste management procedures, including basic sorting, segregation, and labeling of different waste types in line with environmental and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, order, and workplace safety, including awareness of hazards and proactive reporting of unsafe conditions.
• Basic understanding of environmental practices or interest in sustainability, recycling, and responsible waste handling.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing materials, and working in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Reliable time management skills, with the ability to follow schedules, complete routine tasks, and maintain accurate basic records.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with supervisors, operators, and other team members on-site.
• Willingness to learn and comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Previous experience in facility maintenance, industrial housekeeping, waste handling, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
• High school education or equivalent is preferred; additional safety or environmental certifications are considered a plus.
