About the Company

The Guest Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional, guest-centric experiences within Cenomi Centers' malls. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, the role ensures guests feel welcomed, supported, and valued through proactive service, problem resolution, and personalized assistance.

About the Role

• Welcome guests and serve as a trusted point of contact during their visit.
• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns while ensuring a high standard of service.
• Support guest engagement initiatives, promotions, and in-mall activations.
• Maintain knowledge of mall operations, facilities, and tenant offerings.
• Uphold service standards during rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.

Required Skills

• Experience in guest services, hospitality, luxury retail, airline, concierge, or VIP service industries.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving.
• Adaptability, and ability to work in a group setting.
