تعلن شركة Jacobs عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمهندس تخطيط (Planning Engineer) في منطقة الرياض، للمشاركة في دعم تنفيذ مشاريع كبرى لمحطات معالجة الصرف الصحي (STP) ومحطات معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي (WWTP) ومحطات التبريد المركزي (DCP).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتحديث والحفاظ على جداول المشاريع التفصيلية باستخدام برنامج Primavera P6.
- إعداد الجداول الأساسية وهياكل تقسيم العمل (WBS) وجداول المراحل الزمنية وخطط تنفيذ المشاريع.
- تطوير جداول زمنية للهندسة والمشتريات والإنشاء والاختبار والتشغيل.
- تحديد تسلسل الأنشطة والروابط المنطقية وشبكات المسار الحرج.
- إعداد جداول التعويض والتسريع عند الحاجة.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وفقاً للجداول الأساسية المعتمدة.
- تحليل أداء الجدول الزمني وتحديد التأخيرات والمخاطر المحتملة.
- إجراء تحليل المسار الحرج والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية.
- تتبع الإنتاجية واستخدام الموارد وتحقيق التقدم.
- التنبؤ بتواريخ إنجاز المشروع ومراقبة الامتثال للمراحل.
- إعداد تقارير التقدم الأسبوعية والشهرية للإدارة والعملاء.
- إنشاء منحنيات S والمدرجات التكرارية للعمالة وتقارير الموارد ولوحات مؤشرات المشروع.
- تقديم تحديثات الجدول الزمني وتقارير التنبؤ وتحليل الأداء.
- دعم الإدارة بعروض التقدم ومراجعات التخطيط.
- تحديد مخاطر الجدول الزمني وتطوير استراتيجيات التخفيف.
- إجراء تقييمات أثر الجدول الزمني لتغيرات النطاق وتغيرات المشروع.
- دعم تحليل التأخير وتقييمات تمديد الوقت (EOT).
- إجراء تحليل السيناريوهات المحتملة والتخطيط التعويضي.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات مراجعة مخاطر المشروع والتخطيط.
- التنسيق مع فرق مراقبة المشاريع والتكاليف لمواءمة أهداف الجدول الزمني والميزانية.
- دعم قياس التقدم وأنشطة التنبؤ بالتدفق النقدي.
- تقييم أثر التغييرات والتغيرات على جداول المشروع.
- المساهمة في مراقبة أداء المشروع من خلال تقارير مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPI).
- التواصل مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن والفرق الداخلية.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات تقدم المشروع وجلسات مراجعة الجدول الزمني.
- ضمان التواصل في الوقت المناسب حول مخاطر الجدول الزمني والفرص وخطط التخفيف.
- دعم إدارة المشروع لتحقيق مراحل العقد وأهداف المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الصناعية أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في التخطيط والجدولة ومراقبة المشاريع.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي / الشرق الأوسط.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مشاريع محطات معالجة الصرف الصحي (STP) أو معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي (WWTP) أو محطات التبريد المركزي (DCP) أو مشاريع البنية التحتية المماثلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في بيئات مشاريع EPC ومشاريع البنية التحتية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان متقدم لبرنامج Primavera P6 (إلزامي).
- معرفة قوية ببرنامج Microsoft Project وبرنامج Excel المتقدم.
- خبرة في طريقة المسار الحرج (CPM) وإدارة القيمة المكتسبة (EVM) وتحميل الموارد وتحليل مخاطر الجدول الزمني.
- خبرة في تحليل التأخير ودعم المطالبات ومراقبة المشاريع وإعداد تقارير الأداء.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline schedules, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), milestone schedules, and project execution plans.
- Develop engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning schedules.
- Establish activity sequences, logic links, and critical path networks.
- Prepare recovery and acceleration schedules when required.
- Monitor project progress against approved baseline schedules.
- Analyze schedule performance and identify potential delays and risks.
- Perform critical path analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Track productivity, resource utilization, and progress achievements.
- Forecast project completion dates and monitor milestone compliance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
- Generate S-curves, manpower histograms, resource reports, and project dashboards.
- Provide schedule updates, forecasting reports, and performance analysis.
- Support management with progress presentations and planning reviews.
- Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct schedule impact assessments for scope changes and project variations.
- Support delay analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) evaluations.
- Perform what-if scenario analysis and recovery planning.
- Participate in project risk review and planning meetings.
- Coordinate with project controls and cost teams to align schedule and budget objectives.
- Support progress measurement and cash flow forecasting activities.
- Assess the impact of changes and variations on project schedules.
- Contribute to project performance monitoring through KPI reporting and analysis.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Participate in project progress meetings and schedule review sessions.
- Ensure timely communication of schedule risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans.
- Support project management in achieving contract milestones and project objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in planning, scheduling, and project controls.
- Minimum 5 years of GCC/Middle East regional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience on STP, WWTP, District Cooling Plant, or similar utility infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in EPC and infrastructure project environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM), Earned Value Management (EVM), Resource Loading, and Schedule Risk Analysis.
- Experience in delay analysis, claims support, project controls, and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Primavera Risk Analysis is an added advantage.
