Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and resolve hardware and basic software issues.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, and hardware components.
• Set up and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
• Install and configure Windows, Microsoft 365, drivers, and required applications.
• Manage basic user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Maintain and track IT assets and inventory.
• Coordinate and follow up with vendors and service providers regarding IT equipment, maintenance, and technical services.
• Document technical issues and follow up on equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT support and hardware maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of basic networking, including LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, routers, and switches.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Good command of English.
• Good communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
