About the Role

Managing and maintaining relationships with the company's investors, shareholders, and financial analysts.

Provide accurate and timely information to investors and top management, analyze market trends, and assist in the development and execution of investor relations strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand NIT's operations and trading performance, financial results, reporting and sustainability initiatives
• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual earnings releases and other investor-related materials related to the Group’s strategic narrative and investment case.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, market trends, and competitor performance to provide insights and recommendations to management
• Coordinate and support investor meetings, conference calls, and events.
• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with investors and financial analysts
• Respond to investor inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Stay updated on relevant industry regulations, disclosure requirements, and best practices in investor relations

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance/ accounting or business administration/ economics.
• Demonstrable experience as an Investor Relations Manager within a listed company is essential.
• Full aware of the CMA requirements.
• Exposure to Strategic Finance roles
• Excellent Financial communication skills
• Unique combination of strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in both Arabic & English language.
