الأكاديمية البحرية الوطنية (National Maritime Academy) تعلن عن حاجتها لمدرب بحري (Nautical Instructor) للعمل في فرعها بالجبيل، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم مقررات الدبلوم البحري العالي (Higher Nautical Diploma) ودورات STCW القصيرة المتقدمة.
- تقييم أداء المتدربين وتوفير الإرشاد الأكاديمي للطلاب البحريين والبحارة.
- الإشراف على التدريبات العملية المتعلقة بالملاحة وعمليات الجسر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- اعتماد ساري من سلطة بحرية مختصة (مثل MCA أو TGA أو AMSA).
- خبرة قوية في الملاحة البحرية وعمليات الجسر.
- خبرة مثبتة في تقديم وتقييم دورات STCW القصيرة.
- شغف حقيقي بالتدريس وتطوير مهارات البحارة والطلاب البحريين.

We're Hiring:
Nautical Instructor
We're looking for a maritime professional, approved by a competent authority, to join our training team and deliver Higher Nautical Diploma courses and advanced STCW short courses.
If you're passionate about developing the next generation of seafarers and hold the right approvals and endorsements (e.g. MCA, TGA, AMSA), we'd love to hear from you.
What we're looking for:
Experienced instructor with approval from a competent maritime authority
Strong background in navigation and bridge operations
Experience delivering and assessing STCW short courses
A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring nautical cadets and seafarers
Location:
NMA Jubail, Saudi Arabia
