About the Role

Blackgold Training Institute is looking for a qualified and experienced Welding Instructor to join our training team in Dammam.

The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering background, practical knowledge of welding and workshop operations, and a passion for developing technical skills through both classroom and hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical welding training to trainees.
• Conduct hands-on workshop sessions and demonstrations.
• Explain welding techniques, equipment, tools, and safe working practices.
• Prepare training materials, practical exercises, and assessments.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional training environment.
• Support trainees in developing practical, industry-relevant welding skills.
• Follow the institute's training standards, procedures, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in welding, mechanical engineering, technical training, or a related industry.
• Strong practical understanding of welding processes and workshop practices.
• Previous experience as a trainer or instructor is preferred.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with trainees from different technical backgrounds.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and training quality.
