Job Title: Field Engineer

Job Location: Jeddah, SA, Riyadh, SA and Makkah, SA (Onsite)

Job Duration: Full-Time

Job Summary:

Seeking a motivated L1 Field Engineer to support onsite network and infrastructure operations. The role involves installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network devices, servers, and cabling under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and access points.
• Perform basic LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi connectivity checks.
• Support hardware setup - servers, UPS, racks, and patch panels.
• Assist with cabling, labeling, and physical network maintenance.
• Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations and documentation.
• Provide onsite end-user support for connectivity issues.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of IT or network support experience.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and Windows systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours.

Preferred:

• Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics.
• CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification (preferred).
