شركة Sungrow تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مخزّن (Storekeeper) في نجران، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استلام وفحص البضائع الواردة والتأكد من دقتها وجودتها.
- الحفاظ على سجلات مخزون منظمة ودقيقة باستخدام السجلات اليدوية أو الأنظمة الرقمية.
- إجراء جرد دوري للمخزون لمطابقة المخزون الفعلي مع السجلات.
- تنظيم المواد بشكل منهجي لضمان سهولة الوصول والاسترجاع.
- وسم وتصنيف المواد المخزنة بشكل مناسب.
- التأكد من نظافة وسلامة مناطق التخزين وامتثالها لسياسات الشركة.
- تجهيز وصرف المواد أو المعدات حسب الطلبات.
- التنسيق مع فرق المشروع لضمان تسليم المواد المطلوبة في الوقت المحدد.
- توثيق جميع المواد المصروفة بدقة للرجوع إليها مستقبلاً.
- تحديد ورفع تقارير عن المواد منخفضة المخزون أو الزائدة.
