We are currently looking for a Financial Controller to join a leading industrial Joint Venture in Saudi Arabia.

This is a key finance position working closely with the CFO and senior management team, with responsibility for financial reporting, controlling, FP&A, governance and business performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting
• Ensure accurate financial statements in line with IFRS and local requirements
• Manage financial consolidation across relevant JV entities and business units
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
• Prepare financial analysis, scenario planning and management reports
• Monitor revenue, margins, operating costs, profitability, working capital and cash flow
• Partner with business leaders to understand performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls and risk management
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions
• Ensure effective use of ERP and financial systems
• Drive finance process improvement, automation and standardization

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Professional qualification such as CPA, SOCPA, CMA or equivalent is strongly preferred
• Strong practical knowledge of IFRS
• Solid experience across financial controlling, accounting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
• Experience with financial consolidation and multi-entity reporting
• Strong understanding of internal controls, governance, compliance and risk management
• Hands-on experience with SAP or another major ERP system
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience in a JV, multinational, industrial, manufacturing or project-based environment is an advantage
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with senior management, auditors, shareholders and business functions
