مجموعة الشبلان الطبية تعلن عن توفر وظيفة طبيب أطفال (Pediatrician) للعمل بشكل كامل في موقعها بالرياض، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم رعاية أولية شاملة للرضع والأطفال والمراهقين، تشمل الفحوصات الدورية وتقييم النمو والتطور.
  • إدارة الحالات الحادة والمزمنة من خلال إجراء الفحوصات السريرية، وطلب وتحليل الفحوصات التشخيصية، ووصف العلاجات.
  • تقديم الرعاية الوقائية كالتطعيمات والتثقيف الصحي.
  • التعاون مع الأطباء والممرضين والمختصين الصحيين لتنسيق رعاية المرضى وشرح خطط العلاج.
  • المشاركة في مناقشات الحالات متعددة التخصصات لضمان الجودة.
  • حفظ السجلات الطبية بدقة، والالتزام بالبروتوكولات السريرية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
  • التواصل مع الأسر وتقديم إرشادات ودعم بطريقة تراعي الجوانب الثقافية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة سريرية في الطب والرعاية الأولية مع أساس قوي في الممارسة المبنية على الأدلة.
  • مهارات متخصصة في طب الأطفال، بما في ذلك إدارة أمراض الطفولة الشائعة ومراحل النمو.
  • خبرة أو تدريب في طب حديثي الولادة يغطي رعاية الأطفال الخدج وعالي الخطورة.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية مع الأطباء والفرق متعددة التخصصات لتقديم رعاية منسقة.
  • درجة طبية (MD أو ما يعادلها) من مؤسسة معتمدة، وشهادة البورد أو الأهلية في طب الأطفال.
  • رخصة مزاولة مهنة سارية في الجهة المختصة، أو القدرة على الحصول عليها في الرياض.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية للتعامل مع الأطفال والعائلات مع تقديم شرح واضح ورحيم.
  • الالتزام بسلامة المرضى والممارسة السريرية الأخلاقية والتطوير المهني المستمر.
  • خبرة سابقة في ممارسة طب الأطفال في مستشفى أو عيادة؛ العمل السابق في مجموعة طبية متعددة التخصصات ميزة إضافية.
  • إتقان استخدام السجلات الطبية الإلكترونية ومهارات الكمبيوتر الأساسية؛ إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية مفيدة.

Role Description This full-time Pediatrician role at Alshablan Medical Group is an on-site position based in Riyadh. The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive primary care to infants, children, and adolescents, including routine check-ups, growth and development assessments, and acute and chronic illness management. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing treatments, and delivering preventive care such as vaccinations and health education. The Pediatrician will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care, communicate treatment plans, and participate in multidisciplinary case discussions. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, adhering to clinical protocols and regulatory requirements, and engaging with families to provide clear guidance and support in a culturally sensitive manner.
Qualifications
  • Clinical expertise in Medicine and Primary Care, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practice.
  • Specialized skills in Pediatrics, including management of common childhood conditions and developmental milestones.
  • Experience or training in Neonatology, covering care for newborns, including high-risk and premature infants.
  • Ability to work effectively with Physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution and recognized board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
  • Valid license to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction, or ability to obtain licensure in Riyadh.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with children and families, with the ability to provide clear, compassionate explanations.
  • Commitment to patient safety, ethical clinical practice, and continuous professional development.
  • Experience in hospital or clinic-based pediatric practice; prior work in a multidisciplinary medical group is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and basic computer skills; Arabic and English language skills are beneficial.
