المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة فريق الخدمة الأمامية والإشراف عليه خلال كل وردية

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مطعم عالي الكثافة، أو بيئة ضيافة راقية غير رسمية، أو أسلوب حياة، أو ترفيه، أو ضيافة
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية بطلاقة
- خبرة سابقة كرئيس نُدُل (Head Waiter)
- معرفة قوية بخدمة الأطعمة والمشروبات
- خبرة في قيادة وتطوير فريق الخدمة الأمامية
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغات الإضافية ميزة
- يفضل خبرة في بيئات ضيافة دولية أو متعددة الثقافات

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the front-of-house service team during each shift
- Act as a senior point of contact for guests, ensuring a fun, energetic, and highly engaging experience
- Coordinate table service, reservations, guest flow, and special requests
- Maintain excellent service standards while ensuring the atmosphere remains relaxed, vibrant, and entertaining
- Lead by example with confident, warm, and engaging guest interaction
- Be comfortable participating in the energy of the venue, including interacting with guests, and engaging with entertainment when appropriate
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve service issues
- Coordinate closely with the Restaurant Manager, kitchen, bar, host team, and entertainment team
- Brief and motivate the service team before each shift
- Monitor table sections, service timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction
- Support upselling of food, beverages, and special experiences in a natural and engaging manner
- Handle VIP guests and special occasions with confidence and discretion
- Coach junior waiters and ensure consistent service standards across the floor
- Manage guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when required
- Ensure all restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures are followed
- Support opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean, organised, and guest-ready restaurant
We are looking for someone who is:
- Naturally charismatic, outgoing, and energetic
- Confident speaking with guests from different cultures and backgrounds
- Comfortable in a loud, busy, music-driven environment
- Not afraid to be part of the atmosphereor engage with guests when appropriate
- A strong team leader who can command the floor without being overly formal
- Fast-thinking, proactive, and solutions-focused

- Comfortable working under pressure during busy service periods
- Well-presented, confident, and professional while still having a fun personality
- Someone who understands that entertainment and hospitality should work together to create a complete guest experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant, premium casual, lifestyle, entertainment, or hospitality environment
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
- Experience leading and developing a front-of-house team
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Experience working in international or multicultural hospitality environments is preferred
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak periods
- A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for guest interaction are essential
