المهام والمسؤوليات
- استلام وفحص والتحقق من الشحنات الواردة مقابل أوامر الشراء ووثائق التسليم لضمان الدقة والجودة.
- تخزين المواد بدقة في المواقع المخصصة مع الحفاظ على نظام مخزون منظم وسهل الوصول.
- انتقاء وتغليف وتجهيز الطلبات للشحن في الوقت المناسب، مع ضمان شحن العناصر والكميات الصحيحة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات مخزون محدثة باستخدام أنظمة إدارة المستودعات وإجراء الجرد الدوري والتدقيق.
- تشغيل معدات المستودعات مثل الرافعات الشوكية والمنصات والماسحات الضوئية بأمان وكفاءة.
- ضمان وضع العلامات والتوثيق والتتبع المناسب لجميع المواد والشحنات.
- اتباع جميع إرشادات السلامة وإجراءات الأمن وسياسات الشركة للحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة.
- المساعدة في تحميل وتفريغ البضائع مع تقليل التلف وضمان تقنيات المناولة الصحيحة.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون والإبلاغ عن التناقضات أو التلف أو النقص للمشرفين فوراً.
- الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم المستودع لدعم العمليات الفعالة.
- التنسيق مع أعضاء الفريق والإدارات الأخرى لتحقيق أهداف التشغيل اليومية والمواعيد النهائية.
- دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتعزيز كفاءة ودقة المستودع.
- إجراء المعاملات الفعلية والنظامية (ERP/SAP/Oracle) لحركات المخزون.
- تجهيز مجموعات العمل والمواد لفرق الإنتاج والصيانة.
- إجراء الجرد الدوري والتدقيق لضمان دقة المخزون.
- ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات الشركة واللوائح السعودية.
- الحفاظ على بيئة مستودع نظيفة ومنظمة.
- الحفاظ على وثائق الشحن وإشعارات التسليم وسجلات المخزون.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المستودعات أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو عمليات مناولة المواد.
- معرفة أساسية بعمليات إدارة المخزون بما في ذلك الاستلام والتخزين والانتقاء والتعبئة والشحن.
- الإلمام بأنظمة إدارة المستودعات (WMS) وأجهزة المسح المحمولة (يفضل).
- اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل مع القدرة على الحفاظ على سجلات ووثائق دقيقة.
- مهارات جيدة في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت وحل المشكلات.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتعاوني ضمن فريق.
- مهارات حسابية أساسية وإدخال بيانات لتتبع المخزون.
- لياقة بدنية والقدرة على رفع وحمل والوقوف لفترات طويلة.
- التزام قوي بسلامة العمل ومعايير الجودة وسياسات الشركة.
- موثوقية والتزام بالمواعيد والتفاني في الحفاظ على عمليات مستودع فعالة.
المهارات المطلوبة

JOB OBJECTIVE

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Accurately store materials in designated locations while maintaining an organized and easily accessible inventory system.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in a timely manner, ensuring correct items and quantities are shipped.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management systems and perform regular stock counts and audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and efficiently
- Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and tracking of all materials and shipments.
- Follow all safety guidelines, security procedures, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods while minimizing damage and ensuring proper handling techniques.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to support efficient operations.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform physical and system transactions (ERP/SAP/Oracle ) for stock movements

QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling operations.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices is preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic numerical and data entry skills for inventory tracking.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and company policies. Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
- Experience in vaults, warehouses, or inventory operations
- Knowledge of security and access control procedures
- Experience in ERP systems for inventory management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting
- Narrow aisle forklift experience (good to have)
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive materials
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
