نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مدير مشاريع محترف ليكون حلقة الوصل الرئيسية بين عملائنا وفرق التصنيع والتصميم الداخلية. ستقود مشاريع إطلاق العلامات التجارية من البداية إلى التسليم، مع ضمان رضا العملاء في كل مرحلة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة محافظ متعددة من المشاريع في وقت واحد وضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد
- التواصل اليومي مع العملاء وتقديم تقارير التقدم
- تنسيق الجداول الزمنية بين فرق التصنيع والتصميم والمشتريات
- تحديد المخاطر ووضع خطط الطوارئ المناسبة
- إعداد العقود وعروض الأسعار بالتعاون مع فريق المبيعات
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو ما يعادلها
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع
- شهادة PMP أو ما يعادلها تعتبر ميزة إضافية
- مهارات قوية في التفاوض والتواصل
- إتقان استخدام أدوات إدارة المشاريع (مثل Trello أو Asana أو ما يشابهها)

About The Role
We seek a professional Project Manager to be the main link between our clients and internal manufacturing and design teams. You will lead brand launch projects from inception to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple project portfolios simultaneously and ensure on-time delivery
- Daily communication with clients and providing progress reports
- Coordinate timelines between manufacturing, design and procurement teams
- Identify risks and develop appropriate contingency plans
- Prepare contracts and price quotes in collaboration with the sales team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar)
