تسعى شركة ألستوم، الرائدة عالمياً في حلول النقل الذكية والمستدامة، إلى توظيف مدير هندسة مشاريع - اتصالات (Project Engineering Manager - Telecom) للعمل بدوام كامل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق مبتكر لتقديم أنظمة اتصالات متطورة لمشاريع السكك الحديدية، مما يساهم في توفير حلول نقل أكثر أماناً وكفاءة واستدامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنسيق أنشطة المقاولين من الباطن وضمان التوافق مع تخطيط المشروع، خاصة مع أعمال الهندسة المدنية.
- الإشراف وفحص جميع أنشطة الاتصالات في الموقع لضمان التنفيذ وفقاً للجداول الزمنية وخطط العمل المعتمدة.
- إجراء التفتيش الميداني لضمان الامتثال لسياسات السلامة والإجراءات وطرق العمل المعتمدة.
- إدارة عملية التسليم لفريق التشغيل (commissioning) ودعمهم خلال مرحلة الاختبار.
- تحليل المتطلبات واقتراح حلول فعالة من حيث التكلفة لمهندس المسار الرئيسي.
- ضمان أن التصاميم تفي بمعايير الصحة والسلامة.
- التنسيق مع الجهات الأخرى بما في ذلك أنشطة ألستوم وشركاء الأعمال المدنية حول الجوانب الفنية للواجهات (interfaces).
- حل المشكلات الفنية في الموقع، بدءاً من التحقيق وحتى تنفيذ التعديلات وإغلاق المشكلة.
- دعم وتنسيق أنشطة الاتصالات في الموقع.
- ضمان مراجعة جميع التصاميم والحلول مع فريق هندسة الاتصالات في ألستوم.
- إنشاء ودعم بنى وحلول الاتصالات للمشروع بما يتوافق مع متطلبات نظام ألستوم.
- الحفاظ على التواصل مع العملاء و/أو ممثلي الكونسورتيوم لتعريف النظام الفرعي للاتصالات (telecom sub-system).
- إجراء أبحاث تقنية مع الموردين ومساعدة فرق المشتريات في إعداد خرائط الموردين وجداول الامتثال لقطاع الاتصالات.
- تخطيط وتنفيذ ومراقبة والتحكم في أنشطة التصميم والتكوين والصيانة والاختبار والتشغيل لأنظمة الاتصالات وفقاً لجداول المشروع.
- التواصل مع العملاء والمهندسين لتقديم تحديثات حول حالة التصميم والتشغيل.
- تنسيق وصيانة تقديم وثائق (as-built).
- إدارة نشر وتوسيع الشبكات بما في ذلك الإرسال عبر الألياف البصرية والنشر المادي.
- مراقبة وصيانة أداء الشبكة باستخدام محللي البروتوكول ومؤشرات الأداء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الاتصالات أو هندسة الإلكترونيات أو ما يعادلها.
- معرفة بالبنية التحتية للشبكات (مثل المحولات switches، والمُوجّهات routers، وجدران الحماية firewalls، ومحولات الوسائط media converters).
- فهم البروتوكولات المرتبطة (TCP/IP, MPLS, LAN-WAN) ومبادئ التوجيه (static and dynamic).
- شهادات CCNA و CCNP (يفضل الحصول عليها).
- خبرة في الأنظمة الفرعية للاتصالات والواجهات (خبرة في أنظمة السكك الحديدية ميزة إضافية).
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية، بما في ذلك التعامل مع الأطراف الثالثة مثل العملاء.
- منظم ومنهجي ويهتم بالتفاصيل مع نهج عملي.
- معرفة عملية واسعة بالشبكات المعقدة (السلكية واللاسلكية) وتصميم بنية الشبكات.
- خبرة في بروتوكولات التبديل والتوجيه (switching and routing).

We’ll look to you for:
- Coordinating activities of subcontractors and ensuring alignment with project planning, particularly with civil works.
- Supervising and inspecting all site telecommunications activities to ensure execution aligns with project schedules and approved work plans.
- Performing field inspections to ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and approved work methods.
- Managing the handover process to the commissioning team and supporting them during the testing phase.
- Analyzing requirements and proposing cost-effective solutions to the track lead engineer.
- Ensuring designs meet health and safety standards.
- Coordinating with other entities, including Alstom activities and civil work partners, on technical aspects of interfaces.
- Resolving technical issues on-site, from investigation to modification implementation and problem closure.
- Supporting and coordinating telecom activities on-site.
- Ensuring all designs and solutions are reviewed with Alstom Telecom engineering.
- Creating and supporting telecom architectures and solutions for the project in line with Alstom system requirements.
- Maintaining contact with clients and/or consortium representatives for telecom sub-system definition.
- Conducting technology research with suppliers and assisting sourcing teams with telecom supplier mapping and compliance matrix preparation.
- Planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling design, configuration, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities for telecommunication systems in line with project schedules.
- Interfacing with customers and engineers to provide updates on design and commissioning status.
- Coordinating and maintaining as-built documentation submissions.
- Managing the deployment and sizing of networks, including fiber optic transmission and physical deployments.
- Monitoring and maintaining network performance using protocol analyzers and performance indicators.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure (e.g., switches, routers, firewalls, media converters).
- Understanding of associated protocols (TCP/IP, MPLS, LAN-WAN) and routing principles (static and dynamic).
- CCNA and CCNP certifications (preferred).
- Experience with telecom subsystems and interfaces (railway systems experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including with third parties such as clients.
- Organized, structured, and detail-oriented with a hands-on approach.
- Extensive working knowledge of complex networks (both wired and wireless) and network architecture design.
- Experience with switching and routing protocols.
- Familiarity with wireless communications in demanding scenarios.
- Prior experience managing medium-to-large projects and project teams.
- Understanding of test and commissioning processes.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the railway signalling systems sector (preferred).
