Role Description The Accountant role at Elitepro Events & Advertising is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements and reports. Responsibilities include tracking expenses and revenues for events and advertising projects, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements. The role also involves supporting budgeting and cost analysis, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations, and collaborating with project managers to provide accurate financial insights. The Accountant will work closely with management to assist in financial planning and contribute to the overall financial stability of the company.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements.
• Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable management, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Experience with budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting for projects or events.
• Ability to use accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and local financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
• Prior experience as an Accountant, preferably in events, advertising, or a project-based environment, is beneficial.
