شركة Deloitte، إحدى أكبر وأعرق شركات الخدمات المهنية في العالم، تبحث عن مدير في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي والبيانات للعمل في الرياض، السعودية. سيقود هذا الدور تصميم وتقديم حلول ذكاء اصطناعي معقدة وحلول GenAI للعملاء في القطاعين العام والخاص، مع مسؤولية كاملة عن جودة الحلول وقرارات التصميم الفني ونتائج التسليم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة تطبيقات المؤسسات
- صيانة مجموعات الأمان
- إدارة الاشتراكات
- تصميم وتنفيذ وإدارة البنية التحتية للسحابة والشبكات
- DevOps
- إطلاق Fortify و SNYK
- تعريف مستندات BRD و FCD و TRD
- تحديث وثائق GTOM
- تحديد المهام اليومية لـ 10 مطورين على مستوى دوال الكود
- مراجعة جودة الكود والموافقة على طلبات السحب
- معالجة مشكلات الكود في React و Python و FastAPI و Docker
- تصميم وإجراء اختبار قبول المستخدم (UAT)
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 9 إلى 14+ سنة في أدوار البيانات أو التحليلات أو الذكاء الاصطناعي مع مسؤولية تسليم مباشرة
- فهم قوي لأساسيات التعلم الآلي والذكاء الاصطناعي التطبيقي
- معرفة معمقة بـ Generative AI وهياكل LLM
- خبرة في مفاهيم هندسة البيانات الداعمة لأعمال AI
- خبرة مثبتة في تقديم حلول AI جاهزة للإنتاج (وليس مجرد نماذج أولية أو إثباتات مفاهيم)
- خبرة في بيئات التعامل مع العملاء
- القدرة على الموازنة بين العمق التقني وقيود العمل والتسليم
- مهارات تواصل قوية مع الجمهور التقني وغير التقني
- (مستحسن) خبرة في واحد على الأقل من موفري الخدمات السحابية الكبرى (Hyperscaler)
- القدرة على تصميم بنى AI قابلة للتطوير وآمنة
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان أطر تنظيم LLM
- هندسة الاستعلامات (Prompt Engineering) وتوليد الاسترجاع المعزز (RAG)
- تقييم النماذج، التحيز، واعتبارات الأداء
- فهم عملي لحوكمة الذكاء الاصطناعي، مخاطر النموذج، واعتبارات AI المسؤولة
- خبرة في تصميم حلول AI على السحابة

- Role Summary
This role is accountable for solution quality, technical design decisions, and delivery outcomes, and it is not just limited to advisory and oversight.
- Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Applications Management
- Security Groups Maintenance
- Subscription management
- Cloud and Networking Architecture design, implementation, management
- DevOps
- Fortify and SNYK launch
- BRD, FCD and TRD definition
- GTOM documentation update
- 10 developers daily tasks set up at code functions level
- Code QA and pull requests approval.
- React, python, fastapi, docker code issues remediation
- UAT design and perform
- Required Experience & Skills
- 9 –14+ years of experience in data, analytics, or AI roles with direct delivery accountability
- Strong understanding of:
- Machine learning fundamentals and applied AI
- Generative AI and LLM architectures
- Data engineering concepts supporting AI workloads
- Proven experience delivering production‑grade AI solutions, not just prototypes and POCs
- Exposure to:
- LLM orchestration frameworks
- Prompt engineering and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG)
- Model evaluation, bias, and performance considerations
- Practical understanding of AI governance, model risk, and responsible AI considerations
- Experience working in client‑facing environments
- Ability to balance technical depth with commercial and delivery constraints
- Strong communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences
- Experience and exposure to at least one Hyperscaler
- Ability to design scalable, secure AI architectures
