Kinetic is in partnership with a Pharmaceutical company who's looking to hire a Product Manager based in Riyadh, KSA.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Building the strategy and marketing plan for the product that will be launched in the relevant therapeutic area, ensuring those plans are implemented and monitored to reach mid to long-term sales targets.
• You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders across major accounts.
• Requires strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive access and growth for innovative therapies.
• Conducting regular market analysis, and market research, developing a deep understanding of business dynamics, tracking competitive environment, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies to maximize brand potential.
• Designing Tactical Plan in line with the brand strategy, executing all marketing activities.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Candidate with least 5 years of experience working in specialty portfolio (Oncology/Endocrinology/ Immunosuppresants, etc.)
• Currently based outside Saudi Arabia are welcome to apply and willing to relocate to KSA.
• Native Arabic speaker is a must
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Innovative and creative, enabling the agility to capitalize on market opportunity.
