Company Description MS1 Motor is a luxury automotive tuning boutique based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focused on high-performance European vehicles such as Mercedes-Benz, BRABUS, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, and Range Rover. The team specializes in both performance and aesthetic enhancements, delivering bespoke upgrades tailored to discerning clients. Core services include ECU remapping, carbon fiber customization, suspension tuning, exhaust systems, wheel enhancements, and interior refinement. All work is carried out using OEM-approved tools and methods, with a strong emphasis on precision, safety, and premium craftsmanship.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Mechanic role based in Riyadh. The Automotive Mechanic will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on high-end European vehicles, including engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and exhaust systems. The role includes installing and fine-tuning performance upgrades such as ECU remaps, suspension modifications, exhaust systems, and wheel enhancements, as well as supporting interior and exterior customization work. Day-to-day activities involve conducting detailed inspections, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, collaborating with the tuning and customization team, and documenting all work performed according to workshop standards. The Automotive Mechanic will also maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow OEM specifications and best practices to ensure top-tier quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical skills in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of European vehicles (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Range Rover).
• Experience with performance tuning, including ECU remapping, suspension tuning, exhaust upgrades, and wheel enhancements.
• Ability to work with customization materials and techniques, such as carbon fiber components and interior refinement.
• Proficiency using OEM-approved tools, diagnostic equipment, and workshop software.
• Relevant technical qualification or certification in automotive technology or mechanics.
• Previous experience in high-end or performance automotive workshops is highly beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to follow precise technical specifications.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary tuning and customization team.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Riyadh, with flexibility to meet project and client timelines.
