شركة Asmacs-Qatar تعلن عن وظيفة فني زهور (Florist Technician) في المملكة العربية السعودية، مطلوب للعمل في مجال الإنتاج الزهري (Nursery Production Flower) لصالح مشروع البحر الأحمر العالمي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إنتاج باقات الزهور وتنسيقاتها وإنتاج تنسيقات المزهرية والنباتات.
- إنتاج منتجات موسمية ومنتجات الضيافة وفقًا للوصفات والمواصفات المعتمدة.
- الحفاظ على معايير جودة المنتج.
- مساعدة العملاء في اختيار المنتجات وتقديم توصيات الزهور والرد على استفساراتهم.
- دعم مبيعات التجزئة وبناء علاقات مع العملاء.
- ترتيب العروض التجديدية وعرض المنتجات وتغليفها وإعداد الهدايا.
- الحفاظ على معايير عرض التجزئة وإنتاج تنسيقات الضيافة.
- دعم برامج الفنادق وزيارات الصيانة الزهرية ومتطلبات كبار الشخصيات (VIP).
- مساعدة فرق التركيب والتصوير الفوتوغرافي للمنتجات والمحتوى على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- إجراء استشارات أساسية مع العملاء وإعداد عروض الأسعار.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الوظيفة: فني زهور (Florist Technician).
- المجال: الشحن / البحري (Shipping / Marine).
- المؤهل: دبلوم أو I.T.I. في تخصص آخر.
- الخبرة: من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال الزهور أو الإنتاج الزهري.
- الجنسية: هذه الفرصة مخصصة حصريًا للمرشحين الهنود.
- المهارات الرئيسية: تصميم الأزهار، خدمة العملاء، إدارة الوقت، التواصل، الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، الإبداع، إدارة المخزون، تشغيل المعدات، إجراءات السلامة، العناية بالنباتات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إنتاج الزهور وتنسيقها وفق مبادئ التصميم ونظرية الألوان.
- خدمة العملاء والوعي بالمبيعات.
- فن العرض التجاري (Merchandising) والوعي بمتطلبات الضيافة.
- إدارة الوقت ومراقبة الجودة.
