Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Waiter role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Waiter/ Waitress will welcome guests, present menus, answer questions about food and beverages, and take orders accurately using the restaurant’s systems. Responsibilities include serving food and drinks, ensuring tables are properly set, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and coordinating with the kitchen to deliver orders in a timely manner. The Waiter will handle customer inquiries and feedback, process payments, and follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. The role also involves working closely with team members to support smooth restaurant operations and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and professional guest experience.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage offerings and Food Service procedures, including menu items, serving standards, and basic hygiene practices.
• Effective Communication skills to interact clearly with guests, colleagues, and the kitchen team.
• Basic Cooking knowledge is an advantage for understanding preparation times and ingredients.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages commonly used in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia are an asset.
