🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Recruitment Consultant - Saudi Arabia

📍 Saudi Arabia | Fully Remote

Remote People is expanding in Saudi Arabia, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to help us build and grow this exciting market.

This is a 360° recruitment role with a strong focus on business development, client acquisition and delivering high-quality recruitment assignments.

Your role:

• Develop and manage your own client portfolio in Saudi Arabia

• Build relationships with HR leaders and senior decision-makers

• Generate new recruitment mandates and negotiate terms

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement

• Build strong candidate networks and become an expert in the Saudi market

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of agency recruitment experience

• Strong 360° and business development track record

• Saudi Arabia/GCC recruitment experience

• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills

• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage

• Entrepreneurial, ambitious and comfortable working remotely
