- 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- A master's degree in supply chain management or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic supply chain environment, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, such as ERP systems and analytics platforms.
- A certification in supply chain management, such as CSCP or CPIM, is an advantage.
