Join BCG Platinion's Enterprise Solutions team in our Middle East offices (Dubai, Riyadh) as an enterprise solutions expert, shaping and delivering AI-enabled transformation programs for major clients across the region.

What You'll Do

• Support clients through end-to-end enterprise solutions transformation programs (covering ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM, Planning, Manufacturing), from strategy such as business case and roadmap definition, business process definition, technical reference architecture design and selection of solutions and implementation partners, through to implementation governance and quality assurance
• Design and deliver AI-enabled and agentic ERP use cases, from AI-accelerated delivery such as test generation, data migration and documentation, through to autonomous agents in financial close, procurement and order to cash, always within defined governance and data guardrails
• Introduce best practices from business requirements specification to solution implementation, minimizing one-off customizations and reducing maintenance costs
• Contribute to the Enterprise Solutions chapter at BCG Platinion by sharing your expertise, for example attending the most relevant conferences and events, researching and experimenting with the latest technology including GenAI and agentic AI, and authoring innovative articles
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Education: An above average degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field, with strong academic performance preferred
• Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience driving enterprise solutions transformation programs in CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning or Manufacturing, with SAP S/4HANA preferred. Strong candidates from 2 years will also be considered
• Functional knowledge: Solid grasp of typical end-to-end business processes (for example Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Lead-to-Quote, Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire) and how they are implemented
• Technical knowledge: Familiarity with industry specific solutions (for example SAP IS-OIL), add-ons (for example APO/IBP, Treasury/BCM, FSCM, Transportation Management, BPC/SEM), analytical tools (for example SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Digital Boardroom) and AI-enabled ERP capabilities (for example SAP Joule and Business AI, S/4HANA embedded AI, agentic workflows on SAP BTP, clean core and extension strategy)
• AI fluency: Practical use of GenAI tools (for example ChatGPT, Claude) including the ability to validate and challenge output, with curiosity about applying agentic AI to ERP processes
• Soft skills: Excellent teamwork, communication and presentation skills, eager to learn and improve, with intellectual agility and a proven ability to align diverse stakeholders behind a common goal, exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking, and a strong client focus and results driven approach
• Language: Fluency in English, Arabic a strong plus
• Travel: Willingness to travel regularly across the region to client sites
  
  

Who You'll Work With

At BCG Platinion, we tackle our clients' most critical IT challenges at the intersection of business and technology. We guide organizations through their ERP transformations, including the migration to SAP S/4HANA ahead of ECC's end of life. These are complex programs that raise hard questions about business justification, tangible benefits and the optimal roadmap, taking into account the implications for the overall architecture as well as alternative solutions and platforms.

The market has moved again. ERP is shifting from a passive system of record to an intelligent system that anticipates, recommends and acts. BCG describes this as four stages, from automated to predictive to generative to agentic ERP, where agentic systems act autonomously inside clear governance guardrails. AI is no longer a pilot running alongside the core program, it is becoming a standard accelerator within it. Our clients across the GCC are asking how to get there quickly and responsibly, without carrying forward the inefficiencies of the last decade.

To meet this growing demand, we are expanding our Enterprise Solutions team. As an AI Tech Consultant in Enterprise Solutions, you will work alongside BCG technology and strategy experts on local and global projects, bridging deep technical know-how with strategic insight. Partnering with clients, you will develop superior, business value driven ERP and application architecture strategies, concepts and roadmaps, applying your technical and functional process expertise to deliver high impact outcomes. Most importantly, you will embody the BCG Platinion spirit by taking a hands-on, collaborative approach to solving problems in innovative ways.
