Panasonic Avionics Corporation تعلن عن وظيفة مشرف خدمات الصيانة (Supervisor, Maintenance Services) في مدينتي مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. يشرف هذا الدور على عمليات الصيانة اليومية لضمان تسليم آمن وفعال لخدمات الفحص والإصلاح على الطائرات المزودة بأنظمة باناسونيك.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- جدولة موظفي الموقع وفق أنماط المناوبات الأسبوعية استناداً إلى جدول رحلات العميل.
- الإشراف المباشر على مراقبة المخزون والخدمات اللوجستية المحلية للأصول الرأسمالية المملوكة للعميل ولشركة باناسونيك أفينكس.
- جدولة أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية للأنظمة المثبتة على طائرات العميل خلال فترات التوقف الليلية؛ وإدارة المهام المكتبية الخاصة بالموقع بما يشمل إدارة هويات موظفي سلطة المطار المحلي، التخليص الجمركي والأختام الأمنية، العمل الإضافي، صيانة المركبات، وإدارة المكاتب والنظافة.
- التواصل الخارجي اليومي مع العملاء على مستوى صيانة الخطوط، سلطات المطار المحلي بما فيها الجمارك، ووكلاء الشحن الجوي والوسطاء للخدمات اللوجستية المحلية.
- التواصل الداخلي مع موظفي إدارة خدمات الصيانة (MMS)، موظفي الإدارة، الموارد البشرية، والإدارات الأخرى حسب الحاجة لتنفيذ اتفاقيات خدمات الصيانة الخاصة بالموقع.
- أداء مهام الصيانة على متن الطائرة وملء شاغر الموظفين الغائبين عند الحاجة.
- توظيف وتدريب والإشراف على وتقييم الموظفين التابعين مباشرة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خلفية في صيانة خطوط الطائرات مع المؤهلات الأكاديمية/الفنية المناسبة والخبرة التي تفي بمتطلبات الترخيص التنظيمي للبلد أو المنطقة المعينة، ومتطلبات العميل مثل رخصة طائرات FAA (FAA Airframe and Power plant license).
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في منصب قائد فريق/رئيس عمال/مشرف.
- إجادة استخدام Word و Excel و Outlook (منتجات مايكروسوفت).
- مهارات تواصل جيدة.
- القدرة على حل المشكلات فور حدوثها على المستوى المحلي دون تصعيدها.
- مهارات مخضرمة ومتمرسة مع فهم كامل لممارسات الصناعة وسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها.
- القدرة على حل مجموعة واسعة من القضايا بطرق إبداعية وعملية.
- العمل على قضايا تتطلب تحليل الموقف أو البيانات مراجعة العوامل ذات الصلة؛ ممارسة الحكم ضمن الإجراءات والسياسات المحددة لتحديد الإجراء المناسب.
- إظهار حكم جيد في اختيار الأساليب والتقنيات للحصول على الحلول.
- الحق القانوني في العمل في البلد المعين من خلال الجنسية أو التأشيرة أو تصاريح العمل.
- السفر بنسبة تصل إلى 20% من الوقت إلى وجهات محلية ودولية.
- القدرة على العمل في أي مناوبة وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والأعياد.

The role is accountable for the successful dispatch of all overnight aircraft with 100% seat functionality at departure, supporting Panasonic Avionics' commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
As seat functionality guarantees are a critical component of Panasonic Avionics Maintenance Services, effective workforce planning, scheduling, and supervision of site personnel are essential to meeting operational objectives and customer expectations. The Supervisor will work closely with airline customers, airport authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure service commitments are consistently achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality.

Responsibilities
Maintenance Operations
- Schedule site personnel to weekly shift patterns pursuant to the customer's flight schedule.
- Direct Inventory Control and local logistics of customer and Panasonic Avionics owned capital assets.
- Schedule preventive maintenance activities of systems installed on customer aircraft during overnight holds; Office management of local site specific responsibilities which includes local port Authority personnel identification administration, Customs clearance and security seals, overtime, vehicle maintenance, office administration and cleanliness.
- External contacts include routine daily customer contacts at the Line Maintenance levels, local airport authorities including Customs, Air Freight forwarders and brokers for local logistics.
- Internal contacts include MMS Personnel, MMS Administration Staff, H.R. and other Panasonic Avionics departments as required to execute the MMS agreements specific to the site.
- May also perform onboard maintenance activities and fill-in for absent employees.
- Hire, train, supervise, and appraise direct reports.
- Background in Aircraft Line Maintenance with the appropriate academic/technical qualifications and experience to satisfy regulatory licensing for assigned country or geographical region, and customer requirements e.g. FAA Airframe and Power plant license. 3-5 years lead/crew chief/ supervisory experience.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook (MS products).
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems as they occur on the local level, not allowing the issue to progress further.
- Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures.
- Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.
- Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Must have the legal right to work in assigned country through nationality, visa or work permits.
- Travel up to 20% of the time to both domestic and international locations.
- Must be able to work any shift, weekends and holidays.
- Manual dexterity to grasp and work with tool parts and equipment may be required.
- Ability to climb and work from ladder or platform, and endure sitting, standing, bending or twisting for extended periods and ability to lift up to 50 pounds may be required.
- Ability to operate under extreme weather conditions and in confined spaces for extended periods may be required.
- Ability to cope with environmental conditions which may include exposure to congestion and varying noise levels may be required.
- Hold a valid driver's license and be able to meet the requirements of the airport authority for access and vehicle operation on their premises.
